  1. Nice to see an original take on the Hulkbuster. Steampunk is definitely the go-to word when describing this. Awesome!
  2. Maybe we can find a halfway point and say: "Too much black" ?
  3. Yes. Space and historical stuff. Why couldn't they do like a classic castle theme, but China or Japan or Greek or Roman style? That'd be sweet. For the China castle-esque theme, you could have like Chinese dragons, other Chinese fantastical stuff. It'd be dope! Or for the Greek castle-esque theme, you may even be able to bring in Greek gods and mythical creatures.
  4. I think this problem only exists with the Ideas sets and other exclusives, but Ideas mostly. Sure, when the first 2016 sets come out there'll be a mad rush to buy them, but you still have a whole year to get them. Plus, as many have said, it's only a temporary hole.... TLG will restock the sets. So has it become like booking tickets for a concert? No.
  5. Lol.... When Harry Met Sally. An Empire-emphasis wave would be nice. And it's time for Lego to start pumping out TIEs with the new windscreens.
  6. Is there something I should know? Am I legitly right about the similarities?
  7. Man, what a stinker. I need sky pirates!
  8. Thanks for the clarification!
  9. In the words of Andy Warhol, "Like I always say, one's company, two's a crowd, and three's a party". Are you going to keep pushing the envelope? An ITT with 4 75078s? 5?
  10. No way! Not only was it my first Star Wars set, but it was also my first Lego set too! I remember getting this set then being taken downstairs by my dad so we could watch Episode IV while building. Finished just in time to swoosh it to the trench run scene . On a side note, I feel like Poe Dameron's X-Wing is sort of the spiritual successor to this set... X-Wing, two pilots, maintenance worker, personnel sled... similar, no?
  11. Hate to change the direction this thread has been going, but does this guy have a hole in his armor? I guess that's what easiest for Lego.... just print the symbols on the minifigures, then put a hole in the armor to avoid having to print the symbols a second time on the armor.
  12. Because it's a March wave? Or is it actually a January wave? I'm confused
  13. This is coming along swimmingly! Though it's not exactly still a modification!
  14. Riot trooper? Heavy Gunner. Empire BP is fine, but FO BP needed another stormie in place of the crewman.
  15. Mmmmmm Have you considered trying out the new windscreen anyway?
  16. As much as I tell myself I shouldn't... I'll probably be all over that ferry set. Is this part of the Winter wave?
  17. Hey, I'm all for brand new DC characters in minifigure form, and Batman definitely has too many variations already... but buccaneer Batman?!? That's gonna be pretty awesome. Double post, but YES!
  18. An oldie but a goodie.
  19. Incredible! That brick built canopy really flows with the fuselage better than the official windscreen.
  20. For reals. I mean, this speeder is like Luke's landspeeder big.
  21. Wowzers! That's pretty crazy on the inside! Those gut pics make me love this model even more.
  22. Incredibly awesome. Packed with lots of neat little details! And hilarious to boot!
  23. Doubtful the Inquisitors are crazy powerful though. They just get a trickling of dark side knowledge from the Emperor and VAder.
