Lolz! That reminds me of the Lego excursions my brother and I go on. Two full-grown, big, 6 feet + men examining Lego sets with interest. Sure we get weird looks, but it's awesome! (And not in a weird "I want attention" kind of way). But we've never been questioned..... probably cuz of our good looks and snazzy clothes .

I loved it. Plain and simple. Better than prequels, on par with OT. I certainly felt like it was similar to ANH, but certainly not in the evil, unimaginative way everyone else seems to think it was. You have to remember, this is a Star Wars movie made by Star Wars fans. Of course when they wrote the script they were like, "Gee, this is pretty similar to a New Hope." That's the point! You can tell that the filmmakers had fun with the similarities. In short, I think the similarities to ANH were done in a very self-aware way to evoke feelings of nostalgia in the viewer (it certainly did to me). Similar? Yes, but different enough to not be derivative. All of you wanting new stuff, remember what happened to Phantom Menace when it went somewhere totally new? We got Jar-Jar. +100 on better than Anakin.

Bodacious! The DBG/ Blue/ Tan striping is especially tasty. I like the dynamic between the smooth side of the hull and the greebled top. Man, I love me some good microscale, and you've delivered!

Whhhyyy? Sabine has nothing to do in any way with A-Wings in Rebels (unless it represents something we have yet to see). And AmazingBricks? Any sign of Rebels Mandalorian sets?

Oh yeah, forgot about that. The Gozanti is awesome! Ghost? Not so much. That means we need a ship to go up against the Gozanti, like a blockade runner......

Yeah, I think you may be right. Just by watching that video it seems like we'll just be getting a bigger version of the set in this thread . Why Lego? The Ewok village was a playset and it looked totally killer on display. But we still haven't gotten official pics of the UCS Hoth set, so ya never know.

Yeah... The probe droid in this set is the "best" in a long line of terrible probe droids. Honestly, the worst part is Lego's insistence that the probot has a ginormous antenna on top. Here are the best MOCs a quick Eurobricks search provided: One & Two. Can't wait to see this set putting up a vain defense against your AT-AT, Big El!

Ho....ly.... Cow. So nothing left? The Brasso doesn't warp or disfigure the plastic in any way? This looks awesome, but I can see some of those smaller marks that touch regular printing presenting a problem (like that one below the mouth). But is that gonna stop me from trying this? Heck no. Keep us informed!

That's a real stinker, man. I just got my B&P order with all parts there and accounted for. The kicker? All licensed parts. I mean, if you specifically paid for that part, and you've already been charged, then you should get it.

Ehhh... Probe droid is the best one yet, and Hoth troopers are always good. Honestly though, the main draw of this set for me is that TIE windscreen in LBG.

Recent purchase? Another Shadow Troopers BP and another 75078 ITT.

That would be so awesome! We need another big ship from Rebels... The last one (the Ghost) was a little..... lackluster, IMO.
