  1. Great job on the Shell station. Very nice modern styling. Good luck in the competition
  2. Very nice work here TanTile
  3. Wow, that is an awesome MOC! Excellent recreation inquisitor88
  4. After 2 more years of set collecting I'm up from 1,188, I'm up to 2,019
  5. I took Bricknave's quiz and came up with Eagle or Lion. I like cats, but the Eagle is among my favorite birds of prey... Tough choice
  6. Great new quiz Bricknave! While Chima line isn't for me, I was still curious. Took it twice, as I preferred two answers for some of the same questions. Turns out I'm either a cat or bird from the same team... very conflicting
  7. Very nice creation Sci-MOCs! I'm pretty sure those are from the actual color palette, one of the silvers available
  8. Ordered a couple small BL orders to finish a couple MOCs
  9. Excellent job Locomotive Annie, I really like what you did changing out the drive wheels. I have a green and black one and always thought the stock wheels just don't look right for a steam loco
  10. Beautiful MOC LT12V! Masterfully recreated, as with all of your locomotives
  11. Very nice RV nikolyalov. Classic styling and a short wheelbase for maneuverability. My friend used to travel in one very similar and said it has a better turning radius than their Ford F350 dually
  12. Fantastic train Bricktrix!
  13. Very nice modular Cunctator
  14. Beautiful station ER0L! The colors are very striking and the classically styled accessories are very detailed. Excellent entry, good luck
  15. Have you checked Bricklink? They are VERY expensive though. It'll be tough to get them much cheaper
  16. That is crazy! I love it! Are you able to drive it as well and did you do any stress tests on the parts or build it with "that should be strong enough" in mind?
  17. Not bought today, too busy with work, but I finally opened my S@H order of: 1 - 21102 Minecraft (not the $100 dollar one! ) 1 - 4207 City Garage 1 - 10218 Pet Shop 1 - 60002 Fire Truck 2 - 60017 Flatbed Truck 1 - 60018 Cement Mixer & 1 - 4204 The Mine (off ebay)
  18. Tonight's new episode of Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman: "Is There a God Particle?", used LEGO (specifically Duplo) to demonstrate an analogy of quarks and their binding gluons
  19. Very neat indeed! Have you tried the larger 3 blade propeller? I remember that episode, testing to see if it would shred a fuselage; it does
  20. Here is one with a video of it running, towards the bottom, but I am having trouble finding the other, regarding PF. I also found this one with 9V
  21. Very nice locomotive Daedalus304. I really like the unique looking tender
  22. Nice job extending the copter polarscribe. I always thought the original was a bit squatty
  23. Good entry Tarpal! It's great you were able to fit a service bay, car wash, and pizza place into your service station. Good luck in the contest
  24. I'm 25, started collecting again, heavy, since 2009. I have a dream of one day rebuilding my city and adding the newer sets I have since purchased. Whether that actually happens or not, I still plan to keep collecting. If I were to sell, it would be all in (minus a few for personal display). I would feel terrible for getting rid of something that reminds me of an easier, carefree, time in my life, but I understand that when you want something more, or adult life is in the rough, you must do what you have to do. Like others have said, should you commit to selling, I'd at least hold on to some of the sets that are, or were really special to you
  25. It's a 'bar' element found in these sets
