AWESOME JOB on these tools! Great inspiration. I just went through all my spare pieces (and realized I can't build half of these). But the ones I could, I did! Now you should try your hand at some shop tools. i.e. drill press, lathe, grinding wheel, benchtop cold saw, shop vac, pipe bender, bead former, or stamping press to name a few. If you need reference pics just type in any of these names and that should get you to an image quickly. Looking forward to see which ones you attempt or any new MOCs you create. Seems very similar to 2005's set 7899. It is a good set. Picked one from ebay but, after assembly it seem more of an all inclusive luxury yacht for the criminal than a transport. It being bigger than all but two of my other boats. The look on the prisoners face said it all, lol. I hope this ones holding cell is smaller for more room for invasive tact squads.

Is there any word on 2011 sets under the Constuction or perhaps Farm subthemes? Its been awhile, not sure about the poularity of the farm sets, but constructions has to be. After all they are the redundacy factor of Lego: Legos cunstructing legos lol. None the less as a city owner constuction, sets make up quite a site. No pun intended, still nothing new has come out for quite a while... Good chance to buy duplicates I guess?
