I love these villains (?) in decorated robes, superb designs! @Falconfan1414 Maybe they are elemental masters? As long as they look thís good, I don't really care!

I have a feeling the packs themselves were too expensive for the market they were designed for. If that's the case, then it doesn't matter what packs from which franchises you offer; there will simply be to little people buying them.

Book II - Nocturnus: Guild sign-up and Discussion

"Falling apart"? I know only of internal struggles, which will bring about an institution of superior power. In fact, our discord is the very root of Nocturnian power! @PowerWraith Welcome! Sacrificing ponies is a good start! @Souinotlim of the Undead In general, lore in that order of importance is untouchable by ordinary guild members, but nonetheless, your figs look pretty awesome and acceptable for the characters they're supposed to represent. -
@JasonEffex Thanks a ton! I'd like to highlight one of your pics: by JasonEffex, on Flickr Check that out! Curved 4x4 wedges!

Ninjago Borg Tower MOC (work in lengthy progress)
Exetrius replied to bricksnator's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
This could be interesting! I haven't seen any other Borg Towers built to date, so that's a nice plus. Looking forward to the first update! -
LEGO Nexo Knights 2017 Discussion
Exetrius replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
The nexo knights magazine has been rocking it with the minibuilds, but I have to say upcoming minifig inclusion is also rock solid fantastic! -
@makoy That print job does look awful indeed! Just get in contact with the replacement service, I'm positive they will send you a (hopefully) more properly printed one for free. TLG doesn't like dissatisfied customers. Btw, aren't 2018 sets supposed to come out in, like... 2018?

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Exetrius replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
@Covi Looking good! Nice earthy tones, very useful! Probably this has been know for a while, but new to me: a handful of printed Minecraft parts are available, like the red Creeper banner and the Enchanting Table pieces. Sadly, the ones from The Mountain Cave are not available. -
He doesn't want to, he has a good job, a wife, schoolgoing kids, etc. in the Netherlands.

Oh, great! Is this common knowledge; did I miss something? -
Make that two new ones, as it will appear in white with a Star Wars character. Also recolours in the Ninjago (non-movie) line: Mr. T mowhawk in red, Lady Iron Dragon hair with cheek plates piece in white and gold. As a collector of white hairpieces, next year will be exciting!

The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Exetrius replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Indeed! The biggest from the mining subtheme and the biggest from the mountain police subtheme. Tracks come in the mining one. Me and some 50 other AFOLs were granted a sneak peek into the 2018 lines. There was a presentation and 4 sets were there in physical form, which we could play around with. Mind you: EB doesn't really allow advertising your stuff, but you are free to do so in your signature. Guidelines- 991 replies

The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Exetrius replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
@Captain Mutant Welcome to EB! I had the chance to do some hands-on analyses of one of the 2018 City sets, which includes some of the new rollercoaster elements. To be precise: one 90-degree corner and two straight horizontal track pieces, in... light bluish grey! From these parts, you could already build a basic monorail track, without elevation differences, though. Less relevant to this discussion: IIRC, the corner was 13 studs wide, which would make a full 180 degree turn only 26 studs wide. The carts run super smooth, and there are little pins underneath that could grab into a chain, for an actual rollercoaster.- 991 replies

Book II - Nocturnus: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Exetrius replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Ah, that's very nice! Stores near me never had them, I bought one at a convention. If you (or anyone else) want, you can do a cameo of Damascian, delivering a message of some sorts. For reference, Damascian and the Zotharian army: -
Book II - Nocturnus: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Exetrius replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Thanks, guys! Uniting our two very different styles (Kyrrath and Zotharith) and maintaining a good balance for our layout as a whole was a bit challenging, but definitely a good experience! Next step: representing even more Nocty cities and properties. -
Nocturnus has the Rakath mountains, as well as a vastly unexplored abyssal system, so you may want to consider the Darklands a second time! Desert Dwarf Warlord sound interesting, though. (Your profile pics is perfectly Nocty, btw!)

Book II - Nocturnus: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Exetrius replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Mind you, our current layout at LW measures 3x1m, so at the very least we have to scrap things due to space constraints. Anyway, something awesome will be there nonetheless. -

We're really proud of how the whole thing turned out! I hope we can manage to get a good clear shot, because my camera and the lighting are both not optimal. -

Well then... I somehow missed this entire discussion! Anyway, I think I will like both villains and the ninja from this wave, from what I've seen. The green-robed girl, blonde and golden headgear.. Mercy from Overwatch, anyone? Zane's redesign is in my opinion one of the best Zane variants so far, even though I'm not necessarily a fan of the TLNM styling of suits.

Book II - Nocturnus: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Exetrius replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm building for Nocturnus again (my latest builds were set in Kaliphlin), and boy that feels good! A large build is coming! It will be shown at LEGO World Utrecht (less than a week from now!) in a collab with @jaapxaap, and pics will follow sometime later. Any other guildies paying a visit? -
Latest impact of other themes on historic themes

@Vorkosigan Both look good, I think the wizard had the most potential. Thanks for sharing! Btw, I already used a head and legs from the Ninjago pack:
