  1. @Leewan As if you can read my mind; that's exactly what I need it for Thanks!
  2. I need the Ms. Marvel torso with long flexing arms (below), but it's neither in LDD's nor in Mecabricks's inventory. I tried exporting a bent flex tube from LDD to Mecabricks (where I'd put it in an empty torso and add the hands), but it disappeared. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
  3. Not sure if we've touched upon the setting yet. Is there any backdrop you prefer for a space theme? Some examples: Deep space Asteroid field Moonscape Mars-like Frozen world Sand dunes Gas clouds Volcanic Aqueous Underground I'm leaning towards Mars-like or Sand dunes because those would be least hostile for space explorers.
  4. Looks like TLBM Egghead's head in yellow with print. I forgot this thread existed...
  5. I think these pictures are no different from the leaks we saw earlier.
  6. It's in one other minifg (from the TrU pack promotion): https://brickset.com/minifigs/col310 I haven't seen it show up in any of the leaks. And I see you're right, it's not new at all and it's already listed in this thread.
  7. Thanks, SK! Most of the interiors are very basic, even that of Exetrius's home. In certain places, windows, balconies and opening doors, as well as beds prevented placement of additional furniture. Somthing to work on in following builds.
  8. It appears they're not on sale at Intertoys (the largest toy store chain in NL) either...
  9. I instantly wow'ed out loud with the pirate queen! I really, really want this! The doctor is another highlight. He looks like the type to operate in the field, providing aid in times of natural disasters or war. Top-notch, man!
  10. Finally started an entry for the Safe Haven challenge, which feels good! There isn't too much time left (till February 3) and yet there have been so little entries (https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/147201-challenge-a-safe-haven-entries/). Any Nocties going to give it a shot?
  11. Dark orange, yes indeed. Although that piece has been moulded in that colour before, it was different because it had printing: It's April O'Neil from this set: https://brickset.com/sets/79105-1/Baxter-Robot-Rampage.
  12. LDD update is out! An old friend of ours has shared what new parts he could find: https://www.reddit.com/r/lego/comments/7p6vlr/new_ldd_update_heres_all_i_could_find/
  13. Many thanks for your praises, Henjin! Although I do plan on building nobility and warrior scenes in the future, I really enjoy portraying commoners with their businesses. Also, integrating magical objects in this everyday atmosphere was cool, and it lends credibility to the statement that Zotharith is truly the "City of Magic". Where else would an ordinary fishermen need a mana farm on his roof? Thanks, guys! Thanks a lot, and also for featuring this on the frontpage! All houses have some techniques or colours in common with one another, but each has a few unique features as well, especially in the roofs, contributing to it's cohesion. I wish I could have made a panorama from the inner space to show four of the facades in one picture, but I didn't manage with my current camera and lighting set-up. Luckily, you saw it in real life as well. Not all that roams Nocturnus is evil, my friend. Most of it is, though Thank you! Likewise, it was great to have you at BMA!
  14. It is another one and sadly it's only a sticker. Check the catapult in this (large!) image: https://images.brickset.com/sets/large/41192-1.jpg?201712110858 But yes, I've used those goblin shields as well, they're great:
  15. So, next Star Wars wave will introduce new skirt piece to replace the 1x2x3 slope! It looks more organic, leaves room for the hands to hand directly beside the body, (probably) attaches with pegs instead of studs which is great and... it has back printing! Hopefully we will see medieval ladies appearing in these soon. There's a couple of new realistic and non-realistic hairpieces, too, mainly to be found in Elves, Marvel Infinity War and Star Wars. I'm also looking forward to the black neck attachment with spots to clip four arms, Dock Ock style. Great for black fantasy monsters. Btw, has anyone tried making elves or minifig insects with the Parademon wings?
  16. Some new 2018 minifigs now have images available on Brickset, here they are: Btw, I know the red short mohawk is already in the database, but only in photoshopped (?) form. Also, seems like there will be some interesting hairpieces included with Marvel Infinity War and Star Wars Han Solo sets, but that's for later!
  17. Vampire! Castle! VAMPIRE! ALIENS! .... Wait, what?
  18. They're pushing Nexo into the space niche to make room for some real castle Hopefully.
  19. Same prints, same blue. Just the lighting makes them look different.
  20. Does he come with a kendo mask in white? Could you share a picture with us?
  21. Thank you! Thanks! I tried my best with the photos, but I think I've got most details covered. Haha, I took a while indeed! I really enjoyed going all-out with the oni spells, lanterns and mana collectors. The poles are not only there because they look good and make sense, but they were the key in figuring out where the even Pythagoras positions are (4 out of 6 buildings do not have the same orientation as the terrain). Aditionally, it allows all the houses to come off easily, for transport. Thank you very much! I also hope to show what 'Zotharith on the banks' looks like in a future build, it's not just the swamp. On a side note, you had a splendid swamp village of your own, very inspiring!
  22. February magazine will include Lloyd in black training gi with the Dragon Sword of Fire: Half the depth and double the width would make more sense, indeed. I like your thinking!
  23. The rollercoaster elements are a must.
  24. Zotharith: The outskirts Zotharith lies on the borderline of a mountainous river valley and a vast swampland. Its foundation was laid on the more solid, rocky banks, where the core business activities take place. As more newcomers settle, the city's residential area expands into the marshes. Some of the newcomers develop into powerful mages, gaining wealth and status so they can find themselves a home on the banks. Others remain in the swamps, becoming farmers, fishermen or craftsmen. To prevent demographic segregation from getting out of hand, a proportion of mages is assigned to live among these commoners. Aside from supervising and peacekeeping in these communities, they offer protection to the outer domains of Zotharith, which are under constant threat of the surrounding Darklands. When the time came for Exetrius to move out of the house, he was free to pick whichever place in the city he desired, on the condition that his father would arrange the house. Instead of living in the middle of the - slightly posh - hustle and bustle of the city, Exetrius chose to take up guardian duties in the relatively relaxed suburbs. However, he had thought he was the only protector of the neighborhood, until one fateful day... ... when the real warden returned! Exetrius had been tricked! Damn father, always pulling jokes and messing with him from the shadows! Or was he playing the over-protective parent? Alternatively, he might even be questioning Exetrius' capability to handle these guardian responsibilities, because what responsibility is there left to take when the real warden is the second mage in the Order of Zotharith, of all people? It would probably be the last neighborhood bandits would dare lay a finger on... One day, his father would pay for this... But that was months ago. In time, it became clear that his fellow warden was always on the move for quests, thus giving meaning to Exetrius' duties. Ultimately, he served a purpose and his new home was rather comfortable, so overall he could live with the situation. Hello guys! Though this is not a real Saga episode, I wanted to provide some sigfig-related context. It's my largest GoH creation to date, and another one expanding Zotharith. Hopefully, you enjoyed! More pics can be found here on my Flickr seen below. C&C always appreciated! Edit: Additional pics:
