This build of yours is breathtaking. Thanks for providing some background information as well. Is that golden dragon alive? He must be because he isn't always sitting in that huge stone bowl.
-
I just noticed that this build has its own thread. This definately is a keeper. It would be a pity if you scrapped it.

This is a great looking building. Regarding the backyard view I think that the arrangement of flowers in front of the windows looks a little bit too symmetrical. So I would try to make it look a little bit more natural.

Isn't the hairpiece the same that already appeared in Emma's House and Heartlake Grand Hotel? Anyway, I like the train design enough to buy the set.

This modular looks amazing with the color scheme you used. The whole facade is beautiful. I love the small details you incorporated into your build, e.g. the flower pots, the wallpaper, the guardrail. By the way, your library facade is splendid, too.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Dazz replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
That rumored modular would be a very strange choice. Offering an inverted corner building is already risky in itself, then making it the modular with the highest MSRP by far sounds like total insanity. Maybe I'm totally wrong and TLG will surprise us all with a brilliant design. -
Thanks for sharing the news from Ballabreek. I really enjoyed your coverage of the different racing competitions. It seems like everybody had lots of fun.

Your "little project" looks great. I'd love to see the interior when it's finished. And I didn't know that Buzz Cola started supplying the imperial troops.
-
I envy you because you have a whole room dedicated to a layout. This looks really impressive. Also, LEGO needs to release a police station similar to yours.
-
Personally, I would try to improve on the curves of the dome. Everything else looks great already!

I moved the Palace Cinema inside the house several times and did not have the impression that the sign is unstable or even falling off the building. If you like the look of this modular I'd say go for it as its architectural style is very unique among the sets of this line.

This is an excellent MOC with nice details on every floor of the building.

This is a very nice build. I'd love to have a train station like that in a town layout.

Questions 1, 8, and 9 are really difficult to answer: 1. How Many Sets Do You Own? – Do only 100% complete sets count? And how many people keep inventory of their collection to be able to give an answer? 8. What is Your Estimate of Total Parts Owned? – This is even more difficult to answer than question number one if you're not only buying sets but also get bricks and pieces through Bricklink or BaP. 9. How Much Did You Spend on LEGO in 2015? – This basically has the same problems of keeping track of your purchases. And how do you count revenue generated from selling unwanted minifigures and other parts of sets you bought?

Your creation is really cool. I'd love to have a Winter Village like that! Do you already have plans for a new project to work on?

Thanks for sharing some impressions from your layout at Brickworld.

I like the overall feel of your MOC. The buildings and vehicles look great. I just wish the signs would be more legible. As it is I doubt a minifigure walking in the street would be able to see what's written on the advertising signs put up on the upper floors/roofs.

This is a beautiful reproduction of the real thing. Thanks for sharing.

@KotZ: Those are some nice photos. I love the mood. And thanks for bringing this thread back to the first page. I've seen it for the first time today and really enjoeyed it.

This is a very nice modular. I just wish it would be a little bit larger.

This creation of yours is absolutely fantastic. I love both exterior and interior design. For a sense of scale I'd love to see this skyscraper next to regular modulars like Brick Bank and Detective's Office.

I like this although I'd recommend to add some additional plates/bricks under the seats. The way you built them they seem to be a little low for minifigs.
