  1. Its really starting to take shape! The cabin doesnt look too complicated but I like it. Are you going to make an interior or leave it as it is to lower the weight?
  2. Awesome build, really compact! Definitely usefull for scaring animals and small children in the dark lol!
  3. Your doing a good job, it's really starting to take shape! The only thing I don't really like too much is that you went with a lot of stacked beams to fill up holes. You don't need to fill everything up to make it look like the real thing. For example, looking at TLG's sets, lots of them are quite open and they still look nice (most of them anyway ). Other than that, keep up the good work, can't wait to see how it does driving!
  4. Truly another level of skill, incredible idea and system for motorizing, awesome job!
  5. Awesome little car, welcome to eurobricks! Do you have a video of it driving? What motor did you use for drive?
  6. Awesome gearbox, twice as compact as anything I'd be able to make! Sucks I dont have the new driving rings, they make things so much easier.
  7. Awesome! For a second I thought you were powering those wheels and some in some crazy way being able to swing them too! Would be awesome (and impossible) for that to happen. But still, I really like it, looks really clean.
  8. Keep up the good work! With most of the weight already on, do the motors for raising and lowering struggle a bit?
  9. Its already looking good, and quite fast too! Do you think the steering angle is a bit small? Might affect it when racing in tight curves. Sariel's was a lot bigger, but it had 4 (:O) RC motors.
  10. Wow! Never thought lego could have such "emotion", totally awesome creation!
  11. It's already looking amazing, I can't wait to see the finished product!
  12. Thanks, for the feedback! I'll see what I can do to make it sturdier. Would love to see those ideas develop into a model, using LAs would definitely make a very reliable system.
  13. Looking good! If I'm correct, your using one L motor for drive and one M motor for steering.
  14. Thanks! Well then, I better get started on a body for it, still not sure what to do though.
  15. Wow, looks awesome! Never thought anyone would make a custom engine before, really cool. Definitely would be great if you made a black version, put it together with the red in the picture for an awesome wallpaper!
  16. Hello there. Looking at Graydingo's Impala with the "low ride" feature, I was inspired to try it out myself. This is the result, only a chassis, don't know if I'll make a body for it. It uses 2 XL motors for drive, 1 Servo motor for steering and 1 M motor per axle for raising or lowering the suspension. Pics: As high as it goes: (When this high, the cv joints sometimes pop out due to the angle) On DA FLOOR! If I'm not busy tomorrow, I'll make a quick video showing it in action. Any comments and suggestions are welcome!
  17. Looking good, great work so far! But I think that 2 springs in the rear might not be enough, once you add on the weight of the battery, body work etc the springs might not be able to hold it up.
  18. Dang, I wish I had 4 of those wheels, but all I got is 2 from an old creator dragster. Awesome build though, smart how you put the battery on one side and managed to pack the motors on the other.
  19. Good job, didnt think anyone would be able to clear up enough space to make 42037 fully rc! I really want to see how it drives, I'd say it has decent offroad performance, if you want even better offroading get rid of the differential.
  20. Congrats to not only the winners, but to everyone that entered and worked hard for the contest! I'm definitely going to enter the next contest, I wonder what it'll be about.
  21. Thats weird, on my phone it works. What kind of phone do you have? Mine is an iphone.
  22. You might want to rethink the servo placement, if you are using 8 tooth gears there's probably gonna be some backlash in the steering. Other than that, things are looking really good, cant wait to see the finished model!
  23. Just got the video up on youtube: Also, I added a (kinda small) grill to the front, along with some really minor changes: Sorry about the brightness, but it was the only way to see the grill. Can someone help me? The video isn't embedding, and I'm quite sure I did it right, like this: [.media]url[./media]
  24. Thanks, it's reasonably fast for a car this size, I'm gonna start making the video soon, should be done today or tomorrow.
