  1. True, you've got first place locked down anyway!
  2. Abrams tank is up on Rebrickable: http://rebrickable.com/mocs/LForces/m1-abrams-tank Other models to follow.
  3. In the UK they drive on the wrong side of the road, so the driver is on the wrong side as well.
  4. Brickshelf is down again I highly suggest using Bricksafe or another host for your images instead.
  5. Stop the contest, we've found our winner. Perhaps use some of the soft axles/tubes from 42002 for detailing of the bodywork?
  6. Jeroen going for a top 3 nomination again Looks great so far!
  7. Sorry, didn't mean to make you feel bad Here, have a nice cold Hertog Jan.
  8. Thanks! Though maybe a bit futile, as I've been in contact with LForces and he will be adding his models to Rebrickable tonight
  9. Yep, that's a smart way to check what eligible sets you can (almost) build. For the Rebrickable newbies, use this link. Turns out I have over 90% for 42 out of 47 sets Hmm, maybe I should join.
  10. Could've at least altered my quote to make it more plausible
  11. Makes it even more clear that the prices for the complete sets are hugely inflated. I wonder if people still buy these sets anyway. He could make a nice profit. Since these are paid MOCs, the author has to submit the models himself Drop him an email I'd say.
  12. You're doing that on purpose to annoy me, aren't you
  13. Just create a new account and enter under a false name. I suggest using 'Ted'. Noone will know it's you, promise.
  14. I've finally started building this MOC (had to break down some of my other sets first), and I'm only on page 66 (out of 238), but already EXTREMELY impressed with the build quality so far. Anyone who calls himself a Technic fan must build this beauty.
  15. Looks pretty close to the real thing: I like the BAM colours, very vibrant :) Better than boring standard construction yellow.
  16. Based on Liebherr HS 875 HD. More information and pictures: http://www.designer-...dragline_cc.htm. Another stunning beauty from Han.. I'll be building this one myself for sure. Some details from the page linked above: Length for transport, only A-frame + boom foot: 65 cm Height superstructure: 18 cm Width undercarriage: 21 cm Length boom (3 sections): 92 cm Height with raised boom (3 sections): 98 cm Boom angle range: -10 till 80 degrees Weight: 2,7 kg (including 2 battery boxes) Lifting capability: 250 gram (safe range for full PF operations) max 500 gram (heavy stress on PF operations) PF elements used: 5x PF M-motors 2 motors for Swing 1 motor to Lift/Lower the boom 2 motors for decoupling the drums - Free fall mechanism [*]2x PF L-motors (Crawl) [*]2x PF XL-motors (Wind/Unwind two drum winches) [*]4x IR-Receivers (2 motors being connected to the same output) [*]2x PF Battery Boxes (1x Rechargeable; 1x AA cells)
  17. Alternatively, use this link. Note that some 'super packs' and B models are included in the results, as well as the 'forbidden' set 8287. Hmm, I expected more sets. 42028, 8069, and 8041 barely miss the cut with 616, 608, and 607 parts, respectively.
  18. Pretty cool models but yeah, the prices are grossly inflated.
  19. Is that achievable without cutting parts etc. though?
  20. This does not belong on this forum. This is not a MOC, this is a work of art. Stunning.
  21. Yep, was just approved. Perhaps link to that inventory on mocplans as well? Probably more useful than a link to a BrickStore inventory download. Note that it states 'Part Error' for some parts, you can ignore this warning. It just means that those parts aren't (directly) used in any official sets.
  22. This thread is sure making me thirsty anyway. Time for a beer. Cheers!
  23. I doubt alcohol would affect Blakbird, he is a being of a higher order, after all. Existing outside of time and space and all that jazz.
