  1. I've seen them go for €400,- with box and books.
  2. WOW would need a total model team make-over off my 8110 to make it worthy to tow this thing, what a beauty!!!!
  3. I also like functionality in Technic models, but I also only collect them to display. I am turning my attention more towards MOC,s, because I like the fact that there ain't thousands off the same.
  4. I understand, good luck with all the work legt.
  5. Would love to see these ones on the 42043 or 8258. They would need new outriggers and partial chassis rebuild. Would like to see a remake off the 8258, that is the one I own. Would that be possible? I ain't an expert builder, so I would need instructions for the crane and the rebuild of the truck.
  6. The picture of the real one shows that it has wide single balloon tires, those would look better. Normally I ain't a fan off balloon tires, but some machines look better with balloon tires and have does in real life to. For instance a Zetros, skidders, processors, ATV's
  7. I think in this case it could use bigger and wider single tires on all axles. Then the placement of the from axle would look better. If not maybe, like already mentioned above, replace the axle a little bit towards the front. But it looks way better than the original.
  8. So you are planning pneumatics on this beast, love to see what can be done.
  9. No offense taken, I've painted my pneumatic cylinders white to put on my white crane on the back of the Actros I am building.
  10. Hello JB, Don't know if the question has been asked before, but which rims did you use? From the looks of it, this one is bigger then the new one from TLG.
  11. I want those tires for the P.F. Backhoe V2 from Jurgen Krooshoop that is my next project. Hate the P.P. Tires on it, these ones would look great on it. Now I have to search better front tires for it.
  12. Love this monster. Sadly no fake engine and 4wd. Don't like the crane/grabber. Rims are the same as the Unimog???
  13. Wy should Lego disapprove putting a rigid hose through the centre of a pin, nothing illegal about that, they use it themselves to. On the 8285 tow truck, they've put the antenna through the hole of a light holder.
  14. I have a RC buggy motor for sale, it is in good working order. It comes out of set 8421. I also have the battery box for sale.
  15. Keeping this from coming apart can also be achieved by putting a rigid 3mm hose through the centre of the pins. This will prevent the ends from squeezing together and come out.
  16. We are not going off topic, it's Technic 2016 DISCUSSION and Speculation topic. We are discussing a feature on a Technic 2016 set.
  17. Well, it's true that they lift the front wheels a little, but a wheelie, hardly. The bar is there to keep it from flipping when the front end is coming of the ground when it ain't suppose to do that. And they still need to steer to keep it on the track. Power puller steer with the back tires, because the front ones stay off the ground for a long time.
  18. About the dragster, I don't understand the wheelie function. Real dragsters don't make wheelies. If they do, they can't be steered over the track.
  19. Hello people, I've put WIP pics up on Brickshelf Will take some time before it will be public. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=561622
  20. I Will do soon. Been busy building part of the Actros.
  21. Oke, partnumber? And how did you place them??
  22. What did you use to make those rimcovers, looks nice!!!
  23. That looks really good!!!!
  24. Sure, there must be someone out there that can build it. Don't know if anyone wants to. You could ask them builders of MOC's. There are those who build anything if you pay for it, but won't be cheap. I ain't one of those builders, I just buy instructions from them, collect the parts and rebuild there model.
