  1. That research ship sounds interesting. But it will only be when the hull is fully watertight and it can float. We already have enough Technic boatsets that can only drive around on the floor. City has floating ships, and rather large ones too, so now it time for Technic to sail the high seas.
  2. Hello Aasdair, You might correct the HOF topic on the Iveco Tracker 8x8 from Lucio. It says it doesn't have instructions, but you can buy these at Rebrickable
  3. Yes, it needs a trailer hitch indeed. Almost all tractors have a trailer hitch.
  4. Yes, hope someone recreates that and posts instructions in LDD for it.
  5. Looking nice, so RC steering mode selection and RC hitch control.
  6. That is one beautiful ship, the craftsmanship on this is stunning. Where do you get those 3,2mm tubes you use, I need some for pneumatic crane arms to tidy up the pneumatic routing there.
  7. But how is that gear eventually secured??
  8. What are you going to do with the Xerion this time? The last PF mod was already good. Will wait and see....
  9. Hello Effe, Hope To buy those clamshell buckets end of this month off shapeways.
  10. Okay, this helps for LDD, but the problem is when I upload the file into Rebrickable to create the partslist. There is no servo motor in the partslist. And there are 1486 parts in total, I don't know if that is correct with the part count that any off you might have? And when I try to make a partslist in LDD manager, I get a warning that multiple parts aren't in the database and won't be listed in the partslist, how can I update that, can't seem to get this done.
  11. How do I get this extended version, could you give me the link to it. I have LDD 4.3 on my laptop.
  12. Maybe I ain't looking right. I uploaded the updated file to Rebrickable, choose one set 420554 as in my sets and pushed on "build this MOC" And in the list off parts needed, no servo, just IR receiver and XL motor
  13. I would like to know that top. It would look so cool Hello Efferman, when I imported the file into Rebrickable in a private MOC, the partslist doesn't show the servo you used for steering. Can tho be correct or did I do something wrong?
  14. Well in the review from Sariel, he shows it's scooping capabilities are very weak. The B-model would appeal me more.
  15. Okay, now I know what you mean. But does anyone know if it works??? And what scale is it??
  16. Maybe a stupid question, i haven't read all posts in this thread, because it it way to much to keep up with it all. But what is the B-model precisely, some sort of sorting machine??
  17. WOW this is an amazing beauty. Love the overall shape of it, sure it maybe needs some work, but it's coming there.
  18. I also think they went a bit over the top. The Claas and Volvo are way better. This bid and bulky BWE can't even scoop bricks. So for parts it's a great set, but for looks and playability, not so much. If I will pick up a second hand set in the future, it will be only for the massive amount af parts.
  19. Very nice model, and only done with the parts from 42043. Don't like the tires though
  20. This is one beautiful crane. Not the biggest, not the most beautiful, but certainly worth the HOF
  21. That is a good idea, then I can use LDD manager to get a partslist.
  22. Thanks Efferman, Is there a partslist for extra parts used?? I will surely download it, and when I get the set, I will mod it when I am building it.
  23. He Jim when is your review of this set coming up??
