  1. The detail you've put in the engine is just amazing
  2. I think the rails as they are now are to thick. Is it an option to use the old 3mm rigid hoses??
  3. Hi Efferman, Finally I have ordered the clamshell buckets last night. Will be getting them on October 3rd or 4th.
  4. Hi Edwin, Is this model on display in the future? Would love to see is on a Lego show. By the way, is that QM 2 on display somewhere, and how big is this beast?
  5. Looking very good so far, veey well done to het all the functions in such a small space. I want this version on my shelf to.
  6. Do you mean to say, that the chassis doesn't change, only the way the body is build up on it?
  7. Okay i See now, very very cool, would be nice to see the twins side by side. Hope you will consider a RC version, but if not, the original and a saddle trac together would be good enough.
  8. Well, You can login to Rebrickable, add a private MOC. Take the LXF file from step 72 and import it to this private MOC. It will generate a partslist. Servo is missing in this partslist though, don't know why. Then make a set list and add the original set and click button "build this MOC" and it will tell you which parts you are missing. What is actually the difference between a normal Xerion and the saddletrac version besides the position off the cab and a fifth wheel on the saddletrac. And is there a chance on also a RC version off the saddletrac in the future???
  9. Okay, Will do that when I have time. Thanks for all the work.
  10. Isn't there a LDD file??? And if not, what program do I need to open the above file???
  11. I would like you to stick with 6x6 with crane on the truck. But it's your build, so you are free to do what you want.
  12. Suspention is possible, the big Iveco 8x8 dumptruck by Lucio Switch has full suspention all around, maybe ask him, his trucks ate very heavy to.
  13. Maybe ask Lucio Switch or Efferman, they have build large heavy trucks that need a lot off torque to drive.
  14. They look nice, will see on their website what it will cost me. Thanks.
  15. This is just crazy!!!! Must cost a fortune to build. Just for the fun of it, or is it an order by someone?
  16. I agree with this, but I find pneumatic cylinders more realistic. I have used them on my crane to, but you will have to find tubes to connect the hoses to, I hate those flimsy hoses hanging all over the place. And yes, you will have to find a place for a compressor.
  17. Well start building it ready for double tires, maybe you will have to narrow the width off the back drive train. And when you get extra wheels, you can put them on. Love to see what you make off the crane.
  18. I am looking for tires to match with the new tractor tires from TLG to serve as front tires.
  19. Is it getting double tires on the rear axles? Or are they staying like this? I ain't a big fan of single rear tires, you rarely see them. http://www.truck-expo.com/ko/d/pojazdy-i-urz%C4%85dzenia-specjalne/do-drewna/pojazdy/man-tgs-33480-6x6-159350980 Something like this would be nice. A truck with timbercrane and trailer.
  20. Most praises go to Sandman, he made the original and the instructions. I only made some small changes. Made the trailer myself, but it is al lot like the chassis of the truck. The instructions had a lot of flaws and where incomplete, so building it was a kind of a challenge for me, I ain't an expert builder, more a collector. Routing 12 meters of pneumatic hoses throughout the whole model was a big challenge and took me quite some time. So I need some instructions to recreate MOC's others have made. Planning on building a Daf truck with a cable system some day, one to pick up containers.
