  1. The "Strada Iniesta", named after Román Esteban Fontonajo's father, is one of the older areas of the city. It comprises many living houses, but also some taverns and smaller shops or workshops. Taberna Caldo is the original home of the Fontonajo family in Nova Terreli, and thus one of the oldest buildings in town. Originally the ground floor was used to welcome business partners and also to serve meals for the important people in the new world. In the many bedrooms of the upper floor Román and his family had lived for the first four years of their time in Nova Terreli. Until they had moved to their new residence. Nowadays the big house is the home of one of the better taverns in town, known for the great wine and also good and decent meals like they are cooked on the Eslandolan mainland, enriched by some spices from the new world. The rooms in the upper floor are now used as a small hotel to give home to merchants and other guests from afar. It is rumored that for an additional fee some ladies provide some extra services. And of course, most revenues of the tavern still go to the pockets of Román Esteban Fontonajo.
  2. The "Strada Iniesta", named after Román Esteban Fontonajo's father, is one of the older areas of the city. It comprises many living houses, but also some taverns and smaller shops or workshops. Below you can see one of the bigger houses, currently inhabited by Paolo Belsino, a merchant who is rumored to have some great trading connections to the people over in Bastion and Rassilon. However, due to the recent rumors of a great flotilla assembling to hunt down pirates, it has become silent around the pirate cities, and so Paolo's success has decreased over the past few weeks. However he is still capable of paying the monthly rent of his living house to the Fontonajo family.
  3. The "Strada Iniesta", named after Román Esteban Fontonajo's father, is one of the older areas of the city. It comprises many living houses, but also some taverns and smaller shops or workshops. The picture below presents one of the residences owned by the Fontonajo family. It's a smaller house, currently rented by a middle aged man called "Santiago the Magician", who minds his own business, whichever this may be.
  4. Thanks for the answers. Two more questions: * Which rewards does Prio offer? * "Contribution" is only gained for "build", right?
  5. Some questions: 1. If I wanted to join I'd need to send a ship and someone else would have to recruit me, right? 2. I would fight for Eslandola to win the island? Or would I fight for Prio? Or Mardier? Or chose myself? 3. I would only get some type of reward in case my side wins, right? 4. While I am part of that war I wouldn't be able to use my ship, right? Thanks!
  6. Excellent building, great style!
  7. So nice. Absolutely excellent execution on top of a great idea. I personally think you have developed quite a recognisable style, especially with the way you use vegetation and your presentation. I really like that.
  8. Amazing house. I really love the distinct style you have given Weelond. Great job as usual, and this is one of your best for sure. I love it!
  9. Great idea, those add a really nice touch to our world. Great execution on top of that, just another great MOC from you. Thanks for keeping us entertained!
  10. Somewhere in the hinterland of Salida Este on the island of Ferro Azure, the Fontonajo family has recently started a mining venture. The workers are still trying to figure out which minerals can be found here. Maybe gold? Or maybe even iron?
  11. 2 Questions: 1. Would my entry for challenge 1B qualify as a prospecting MOC for a mine? 2. Is there any limit to the amount of prospecting MOCs per month? Do those count towards the property license limit?
  12. That's always good to see new stuff emerge. Looking forward to more to steal from you.
  13. Really clean execution, good job. Your interesting choice of colour works out really well and gives the secene a unique appearance. Keep it up, please!
  14. Splendid as usual. Totally clean execution, just really nice.
  15. Thanks for the map, Mike! I've added them to brickseas.com as well (feel free to visit and click around the map). My map over there will need some finetuning, but for first this should do. Feel free to add your builds on those new islands...
  16. Question: What is the minimum plot size for a Viceroy's Palace? I assume it will be less than 100x100, because it costs a lot less than other "Royal" buildings. Is 2.500 reasonable here?
  17. Listen up, noble citizens of the new world! The city of Nova Terreli is sponsoring every property that is licensed within the town until the end of this month with 10 DBs. Factories will still be sponsored with 20 DBs.
  18. I love the first pic - looking at this I really believe you build tobacco there. Very well done, you nailed it.
  19. Román Esteban Fontonajo is looking for joint ventures to invest his money right now. You have MOCed a ship but don't have enough money to buy the whole license? Contact me! You have MOCed a property but don't have enough money to license it? Contact me! You have any other plans that need some money? Contact me! You have a MOC that you do not want to license yourself, but you want to sell the licensing rights? Contact me! You want to be paid to build a MOC that I can then license? Contact me! I will always go for the "builder's share model", meaning that for every ten shares one will go to the builder for free. (Or in other words: You have MOCed something, we license it for 90 DBs, I pay 50 DBs, you pay 40 DBs, we will share all profits 50-50). Just contact me in case you need money for an investment!
  20. At the outskirts of Weelond there is the new textile factory of the MCTC. Royal Charters have been granted. Augustinian Colonial Textiles
  21. I've placed a bid in the name of MCTC.
  22. The Cotton Lady for Dragon's Teeth once more.
