    I like Torrach Gruacha better, than Azul Ferro, the more I think of it. Fitting for how the island looks, if the mountain is round. A rare mountain island. Can we take the artistic liberty to shape the geological landscape?

    No, Poland sounds strange. It's sounds like it's been used before.I have another suggestion, free of charge (the honor of honorary citizen in one of the settlements there would be nice though): Shokoku Island for island 10. Based loosely on this article Chocolate-coated Marshmallow treats Wiki I saw Mike S's post after I replied. Those are good suggestions, with a motivational undertone. But Shokoku Island for the next chocolate island with elevation.

    Yes, I am willing. I am happy we managed to keep the ship under total MCTC ownership. So if she captures any ship, they will be owned by the same share percentage, and also pure MCTC. Yeah! The boat that rocked.Edit: 50 dbs transferred to the MCTC for two shares.

    I see your point, and if it should be that way, the Trovão was captured on a MCTC trade run, so that would mean the new captured ship also belongs to MCTC. I'd say ships captured by royal escorts belongs to the throne. But if the trade companies or private owns the escort ships, and capture someone, they should be the respective new owners.

    You don't have to build on MCTC land, no. Nova Terrelli do have a lot of MCTC builds though, so you are in good company (pun intended). I wish you welcome to MCTC, and hope you will consider to refine your cotton in the Bardo factory.

    Well, if trade companies from all factions can have monopolies, the leaders off all factions need to agree whenever a monopoly is gained. If not we will soon have a crazy monopoly race, where everyone tries to come up with every commodity imaginable. For the fun and depth of the game I hope everyone can gain monopoly, although they should not be given lightly.I personally support the apple monopoly, since Maestro members have advocated apples throughout the companies history and MOCs.

    Is it just Eslandolan trade companies that can gain monopolies? I am having a go at creating a Monopoly index (It will not be as extensive as the ship index), but I need to know if I should include Coyle Shipping Company, and other future companies from other factions.

    I am up for two shares, maybe 1 or 2 more. I have to wait and see what my funds look like, when it gets updated, to see how many more I may take. Either way, I am willing to lend 15 dbs if needed. I'm good for the money.

    Of course. It sounds like the work burden is way too much for one person, so the responsibility should be spread out among more members soon. The different factions need to find people to fill the positions in the royal courts soon (and equivalents). BoBs is off to a flying sailing start! I'm not sure what I can help with or how, but I want to help in any way possible. It is a daunting task to keep the information accessible without cluttering everything up.Hmm, It got me thinking of maybe making a monopoly index, so they can be processed and paid out separately. It would be each builders responsibility to inform the one responsible off the monopoly index, with information of category and size. I can make a thread for that, and take responsibility of updating it, if desired.

    Bardo is in need of factories, since the textile factory can't provide enough jobs for the scourge of workers that have arrived. Therefore the city will sponsor 5dbs on the licence from the majors pay on the first granary and the first two factories that are built in Bardo this month. Transferred to the builder once the build is posted in the city thread. This is an open offer to all factions, everyone are welcome to live out their tropical dream in Bardo. Come to Bardo, where dreams happen! (disclosure: the city takes no responsibility in what kind of dreams that may be, or how those dreams turn out.     I don't get a few things with the scorecard. 1st: Why don't I get the monopoly bonus for my textile factory? It is 5db short for february and the monthly income for next month should be 29, not 24. 2nd: The scorecard says I have a total of 112. I had 60. Earned 60 from the challenge, 45 from MCRA, 19 from properties, 5? from approvals, 7 from Major pay. and spent 50 on two properties. It should be (60+60+45+19+7+5?)=196+, minus the 50 for the properties. It would mean that I should have 146+ (+being if I have more than 5 approval dbs). Am I missing something, or are these expected early game errors that will be corrected? Edit: I just read that some of this has been addressed. My first point still stands. I want my sweet scented monopoly bonus money :)

    I agree. The rule must stand, to upheld game balance. Still, there are so many builds I want to approve, and then realize (or not) that the builder is from eslandola, but I still want them to know I appreciate it, so I try to leave comments. Some I miss, because I intend to write a good enough comment that is understood as praise, and then I forget or it gets drowned in other posts. We need an icon that signalize approval but not to be counted. What is the least used icon?

    I just fear it will lead to much confusion when they sound too much alike.

    Think of the implications if all the islands are named something with green. Better to get used to other colors right away, so we don't have to change the names of all the presently preoccupied islands, when they all eventually become Eslandolan.

    I like Azul. Or Azure, as it is greenish blue/bluish green. Ferro Azure. Compromise?
