  1. Fantastic small shunter. Interesting steam flask design. The stickers are great on this one.
  2. Astonishing model. Great work on all the details, the decals, even the passenger carriage.
  3. Wonderful work on the dampflok and truck. For a narrow gauge locomotive, you managed to pack in a lot of details. I remember seeing this sort of setup when I visited the Harz Mountains.
  4. Great build. Far better than the closet Bender gets or the Borg cubes. Almost has a personalized feel for the robot.
  5. Wonderful work. The rocks flow and appear sculpted by the river. The columns are NPU of the wheel elements. Quite the build.
  6. Grazi. It was nice to make the journey while I was residing in England. I always enjoyed looking for the spot where the Mallard reached 124 mph. Thank you. I am quite aware that Kings Cross is a terminus. This is a grand extension for 75955. My layout is a loop with through trains running around, so swapping to a terminus wasn't going to work well. Additionally, the real Kings Cross is rather barren under the train shed. Thus, it's a "highly stylized" variant.
  7. Lovely build. Creative use of colors. NPU with the weapons as foliage.
  8. Thank you. The old train shed section is really something to see. The modern concourse side, not so much in my opinion. I appreciate the comment. Both stations have their own feel and are gorgeous. I did more travel through King's Cross because of where I was. I did take the Eurostar out of St Pancras once. King's Cross is open and more hustle, while I feel St Pancras is cozier and slower paced.
  9. Nailed this one. It looks like the real thing. Best of luck with the battery box placement for weight balance when you build it.
  10. That is a good question. I could support a couple builds a month for a new campaign.
  11. Big armoured beast. Good work having a functional interior as well. Looks like the spare has seen some use lately. Nicely done.
  12. Cylinders will work, but they look more like stand alone columns. The visual effect will be different and not line up as well against the building side.
  13. The spice must flow!
  14. Nicely done. The cape on the slithering snake is a nice touch. Interesting use of frogs to make Maid Marion's headpiece.
  15. Way cool setup, lighting the eyes of the T-800 from a self contained setup in the head. I've seen the hair thin wires as @MAB mentioned. They would work, but might not be necessary here.
  16. The mass appeal of the Star Wars and Marvel sets is the younger demographic and in many ways, I can deal with this. When they hit their dark ages, I swoop in and pick up their collections for a pittance. Even if the minifigs are missing, the sheer quantity of viable parts of my own aircraft and spacecraft MOCs is worth it. LEGO will chase the money, then the kids will hit their teenage years, and then I get parts packs.
  17. I always enjoyed taking the train from York into London. Usually I went into King's Cross, then caught the Tube from there. My train shed modification to 75955 seemed to be missing something, so I decided to build a stylized version of King's Cross to attach to it. It includes the wall for the "Platform 9 and 3 quarters" trolley photos as well as a mix of the terminal area and some concourse features. I know it has nothing like the grand arching facade of the real King's Cross, but it does some elements. Overall, I believe it makes a good companion for my train shed. The station features a ticket booth in the middle, a coffee bar on one end, a newsstand on the other end, and a link to the Tube near the coffee. Additionally, the girl in the lower right connects up with the Platform 9 and 3 quarters trolley and wall that is now part of the train shed. The rubbish bins are backed by columns as well. Here we have King's Cross attached to the train shed. Note the skylights are easily removable for access to the station. You can find the train shed topic here: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/186936-platform-9-and-3-quarters/
  18. Great build. I like the use of the old baseplate for the drive. The wheel arches do well over the windows as well. Overall, a fair amount of detail, but not overcrowded.
  19. Great build. NPU with the life preserver in the beard. The gigantic schnoz is a cute touch.
  20. Nice station for a small branch line. Small, yet effective. I will echo the comment the roof does have the wrong color feel for a station, but it does add a spot of color to a layout.
  21. Good looking signal box. The white timbers do a good job of breaking up the brickwork and making it more pleasing to the eye. Is the interior detailed with levers and track diagrams?
  22. Interesting locomotive design. The boiler has the saddle, but it still retains side "tanks" for coal. Nicely done.
  23. Well done. Plenty of details on this passenger wagon. I like the work you did on the ends with the buffers and verandas.
  24. Beautiful build. From the shore to the roof, it has plenty of details, the minifigures are well posed, and it all fits well.
  25. Quite the submarine design. Lots of features for play installed.
