[MOC] An Adventuring Tale: the Princess and Sir Frog
Feuer Zug replied to Aurore's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Cute build. Has a proper swamp vibe. Love the repurposing of various licensed parts to create this. -
It's so cute! Love the colors and proportions. The wheels almost look like old 12v ones that were painted too.
-
Solid build. The detail work with the cobblestones and missing stucco really gives it a realistic appearance.
-
Welcome to EB. Interesting build. The modular (and home built) chassis is a nice twist. This would be perfect driving around any town layout.
-
Gorgeous diorama. The seamless changes from studs on top to sideways SNOT is a big plus. You've managed to capture the ruined look perfectly as well.
-
Love the Tydirium shuttle. These would go great with an Advent calendar (as you cribbed from).

MOD of 76423, Hogwarts Express with Hogsmead Station

Great work on the mods. The siderods alone do wonders for this model. Adding the circuit cube motor is icing on the cake. Well done. -
The Discovery Centres are, as you regretfully found out, pretty much kids only. They are run by the entertainment side of the house from what I understand. I visited one, once. I got a bad taste from the experience as well.

NPU with the new half round jumpers. They do well for a classic car grille. The meat cleaver for a mirror is interesting though. Not having happy thoughts about the driver's profession.
-
Well done. Your mecha has good proportions and the right amount of detailing for the size. The way you secured the shoulders of the minifig under the bubble canopy is nice.
-
Good build. Small, but with plenty of details in the proper places.
-
Oh yeah! Loving the colors on this crazy mod. The octagonal viewscreen and the cutouts on the panels are perfect.
-
Nice design. It captures the feel of an In-N-Out burger.
-
Mooi! Great work recreating the new Coradia trainset. It's immediately recognizable and full of details, especially the nose. I like your pantograph setup.
-
Love the brick built solutions. The PA works well in LEGO too. The lines are easier to do with bricks.
-
Everything is Awesome in these two scenes. From the digital clock base to the lighting, to the stripes on the parking lot, and even facial details, it's all perfect. Great work on the vehicles as well.
-
Wow! This is a great Tie/Defender MOC. The colors make it better than the canon Star Wars look. Your wife had a good idea with the colors too.
-
Amazing. I love the feel of this. Is it hanging on your wall?

That's a hulking brute. Plenty of details that help fill it out. Nicely done.

what do you call your lego city/ names for lego city?
Feuer Zug replied to legoguy1984's topic in LEGO Town
Beats "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Llanfairpwllgwyngyll It's about as descriptive too. -
Fine shunter you've got there. Interesting solution to the odd light setup on the front.
