    Hello, everyone, here is my most recent MOC which I will be adding to the CCC XII. A clan of elves live in a beautiful manor protected by the natural surrounding mountains and cliffs. They are currently being confronted by members of a friendly clan to settle a dispute. More pictures on my Brickshelf page.

    My 2 cents is to get 70404 if it is a decent price. Since your other castle have been lost and destroyed it will fill the void well. It is not a bad castle, but when compared to other castles it has nothing special to offer. Though I actually think the gatehouse/front is quite nice. An officla Lego set castle will never quite have the display value of a castle MOC. On a side note, get orthanc regardless of what you do!

    Interesting concept picturing the two of them fighting. But I think Dragonlego27 was referring to the Balrog destroying (with votes) Treebeard on Lego Ideas within 2 seconds. That being said, I am a nerd and don't mind the debate

    Thank you everyone for the compliments! I am glad it appears ominous since that is what I was going for. I got the idea from all the black bricks and red flowers I had.

    The crimson wizard retires to his dark tower in order to reflect, plan and gather his thoughts. No one enters the dark tower except the sorcerer himself. He has stricken every plant and tree on the surrounding grounds except the red anemone. He has caused this flower to flourish. No one knows how or why.     I am a castle fan at heart but for some reason feel stoked about these sets! I do not have any Lego pirate sets but I think I will get these for sure. I might as well dabble in Pirates since there is no Lego Castle for 2015 or more LOTR
