    I think Dimensions may have had an effect on this situation. While it was released in 2015, the September release is quite late by LEGO standards and certainly effect 2016 output. Even though the builds are small there are many new figures. It seems to me that the Dimensions launch and ongoing waves may be taking enough designer effort to replace a couple small themes like Pirates and Scooby Doo.

    A LEGO version of "Guess Who"? Bizarre. I wonder if the minifigs will be regular town people or if it will cover many themes.

    Well I think the toy aspect of Dimensions is certainly superior to what I've seen of the statues used for other systems. It seems Infinity has been on a downward slide for quite a while, I saw their starter sets sitting at 50% off in well stocked end caps for months.

    Nice diorama! I especially like the design of the armored car.

    The multicube made me think of a possible useful set - a lego color palette. Tiles of every color printed with their names and a backer that could be hung on a wall or stood on a desk.

    15$ is the same price as Castle 2013 battle packs, so it should be no surprise. I never bought those because forest ambush was a much better deal (and on discount). But with Nexo Knights there are no alternatives that are cheaper.

    Very cool Victorian look, and quite imposing. Only one suggestion, shouldn't it be Monochrome Motel?

    I enjoyed this set, it is my first and only power functions train so far. The only thing I regret is that I have had multiple chances to buy it on a discount and wish I'd waited instead of paying full price.

    Was able to grab the 3 I wanted at a Walmart today: Ursula, Maleficent and Ariel. Box was still about 90% full. All are well executed figures, Ursula's tentacles are particularly rad. I do agree Ariel could use a little printing on the front of her tail.

    31052 Vacation Getaway (the RV) will be for sale in May in North America according to the back of the calendar. Since Fun in the Park is coming out the 22nd that may be the release date.

    Volcano sets, a Friends vet set, and creator RV are featured as new in May on the back of calendar. I would guess that all the city sets will be out at the same time.

    Awesome. I like how the same arm is used to push the buttons that empty the chutes.

    Wow already, I wonder if we'll see these on S@H may 1st. I have seen the summer sets are in target's inventory, though only labeled as LEGO. The next inventory item after the ultimates is a $40 set, I wonder if this is an exclusive NK set or just from another line entirely.

    Well I do a fair bit of programming for my day job, just not games or apps. Thanks so much for all the compliments! I get what you're saying about the pieces blinking out, I should have at least faded them like when a line completes. I'll also think about putting something in their place. With the text, I'm trying to keep it from taking up too much vertical room, but I'll see if I can do something to make it bigger. Yes I am planning to add an indication of the options used for each score, just didn't get to it yet. Thanks for sharing the app with others!

    Forresto and rodiziorobs since you both suggested a timed mode I have added one in the latest version. Its my own take on the concept. Shapes have 5 points when they come on the board. You get those points when you place the shape. As time goes by the number of points decreases. If it gets to zero, it soon disappear. That "slot" will not get new shapes anymore. This makes the game much more intense. You need to balance using all the shapes so none disappear. The update is live now: https://play.google....heximov.hexavex I was not able to keep the direct download link on my webpage because I added support for more devices and the file is too large (~ 15 mb). I will have to find another way to host it.

    A quite poorly written article that makes much ado about nothing. I don't think there is anything overly terrible about The Village except for that many vocal AFOLs don't care for Minecraft. I'm not a fan, and there are many sets I'd prefer, but it still doesn't indicate a decline to me. Maybe it doesn't bother me because I'm used to very few D2Cs being aimed at my interests.

    Nice build. The tower, the overall layout, and the fact that the buildings have detailed interiors is all great.

    Thanks Forresto and rodiziorobs for taking the time to try the app and even report bugs! I'm glad you found it enjoyable. I have added a mention of this and the fact that the colors are not currently significant for creating lines. Ok I believe I have this fixed. What was happening is that as the cleared line does the fade animation it was still registering as being occupied. I had fixed this earlier and then broke it again accidentally when fixing something else. ;) If you still see something suspicious please let me know. It takes the play store some time to process the new file but these updates should be available tomorrow. Regarding the addition of a time aspect, I have some ideas about this. I initially wanted to make the game casual and not too high pressure. But I'm thinking about adding a few more mode options so the player can "build your own mode" with the options you feel like using. And then the high scores could have some indication of what the configuration was at the time.

    Not to get too off topic, but there has been some analysis about the number of possible deaths from lung cancer due to the increased emissions, it could arguably be more than safety related recalls. But in general I don't think the classic Volkswagens are really impacted by the scandal since they existed so long before it happened. LEGO might not want to put a GTI in Speed Champions though. For me I'm more likely to buy this than any super car sets. I'd prefer they made more cars that many people own(ed).
