That is a really cool crane! But how much weight can it take, because it looks like the mount for the 'superstructure' is rather thin -

Isn't an L motor a bit of an overkill on the steering? Is it just because it is easier to mount? -

So basically what you need to do is just take the front axle off (intact) rotate it 180 degrees and the reattach:)

[HELP] Making a crawler....
Nalyd997 replied to aminnich's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Or you can do something like VKTechnic did in his jeep lower forty and have the two pendular axles connected by gears, so that the opposite axle always turns in the opposite direction. This keeps the body stable -

[TC7] Enforcer- The Defender
Nalyd997 replied to Nalyd997's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Unfortunately I did not get this finished in time for the contest but I will still press on! Here are the most recent photos I know just need to do the roof and figure out how to attach the body to the chassis. It sounds simply but the body must move up and down in order for the wheels to tuck in. To help this I have used the 3x5 arched liftarms to push it up. The wheel arches attach to these (it is a bit hard to see). Not long now!- 19 replies

Looks great! Some of the paneling is a little similar to the assassin but I guess that's your style. Recognisable as your work as well!
