  1. Wow simply amazing these vehicles look great. This is what the great vehicle series in the city theme should of been like.
  2. I think it may be a dark tan with a mixture of dark bluish grey to go for that rustic look.
  3. Can we leave the debate on the Natural History Museum, and apple store modulars to the Lego ideas thread and just focus on discussions on the rumored detective agency modular for 2015 in this topic instead of going off on tangents.
  4. Any info on whether the blue coats will get their own ship so that the pirate and blue coats can wage battles?
  5. The ship is very disappointing, another rehash of brick beards bounty! I was hoping for another ship with a different design and colours.
  6. Loving the swamp police buildings and the return of the construction theme.
  7. I dont see how an apartment building and detective agency would work together because I always picture the agancy being on a second or third floor. Maybe it migjt be two businesses in one modular building.
  8. This is great so much detail in such s small scene. I like the arch way of the cliff.
  9. Im more excited to be getting a storm trooper battlepack.
  10. The front of santa`s house looks absolutely magnificent and detailed BUT ! the back and the interior is VERY disappointing. In my opinion it is very poor. No interior at all in fact its just a wall with a good looking front. Would it have hurt to make a small shack like in the winter family house to put the toy making machine??????? having it just thrown out there just takes away from the set. Heck they could of just continued with the wall house format and just make one freak-en wall to put the machine against to give some semblance of a workshop. even some wooden fences to create a corral for the reindeers would of been welcomed. And for $70!!!!!!! the house is smaller than the previous ones. Despite all this I will still get the set and moc it.
  11. I hope kingdoms come back with a focus on forest men that ties into another wave that features the knights battling the forestmen.
  12. Apparently Lego is experiencing problems with their email system. I just got this email from them about my purchase I made this week. Thank you for your recent order: ***********. 13. Awesome , I loved that show.
  14. This set is great but sadly I will have to pass on it because the size doesnt fit into my city.
  15. One question , are there stairs or an elevator in it?
  16. The snow blower sounds great but another tow truck! I would of more rather the great series this time featuring different types of regular cars like an suv, pick up, hot rod, a corvette, an eco friendly electric car, a bmw and stuff like that.
  17. Very nice.
  18. From the brick fan page : ''As we mentioned in our post of the July 2014 Store Calendar, there will be an exclusive LEGO set being revealed at the 2014 San Diego Comic Con. Brickset has updated their database with a listing for an Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) set with set number 76023. It is listed under the DC Comics/Universe Super Heroes theme. As we all know, SDCC is the mecca of comic and movie news so putting two and two together, I can say with a 99.9% certainty that it will most likely be the Tumbler that we did an article about back in February. If this is true, the Tumbler will be the second Batman-themed set with UCS label with The Batmobile (7784) being the first. With all the cool sets that LEGO has released or will be releasing in the future, 2014 has been awesome so far with still six months left in the year! How do you guys feel about having a UCS Tumbler being released this year? Update: Ed over on Brickpicker “confirms” that the set will be $199.99. Since Ed works with the prices and the database over there for the investors, maybe there’s some secret information that are in the codes. I guess we’ll see if that is correct when/if it is revealed at SDCC.''
  19. First of all the set looks great and I like that we get 4 elves. I was thinking that we would only get 2 when i first heard rumors about this set.The way the building is angled makes it look like that it can be folded in. I would admit i would of prefer molded reindeers instead of a brick built one but they still look good nevertheless. I only hope the eyes on that 1x1 bricks are printed and not stickers. Strangely though, where is rudolph? I also like the toy making machinery , but I would of rather some wooden tables and with tools. The size of the toy making machinery makes me wonder if it can fit inside the building.
  20. He reminds me of ram-man from masters of the universe.
  21. How is it connected to the other modulars?
  22. It is expensive to bricklink but, you dont need it. All you need is the the carousel from the winter village market and just swap out the while plates for green ones for the base. It is more to scale with the fairground mixer ride than the grand carousel with is too big and would stick out like a sore thumb.
  23. All one needs is to throw in the carousel from the winter village market, the rock minifigure accessory pack and the small sponge bob ride set and you have a full carnival. I can understand others wanting a big scale version like the previous creator carousel, but lets face it this set would pack more playability and fun in this scale as oppose to a bigger version. Plus you get a lot more stuff like the booths and trucks yet still providing the rides. This in my opinion is just fantastic and all we need now is a roller coaster like in the background of the box and a ferris wheel.
  24. Same problem happened to me, and my order took a month and 2 weeks to arrive. The problem was Lego`s part which they admitted when I called to find out what was going on. Although my order was charged they forgot to send my order details in the system but they cleared it up after calling.
