  1. Thanks for sharing @Pchan1983. I'm not much into Dreamzzz but might get the blue school bus (ah I just saw that one was Fortnite, could have been Dreamzzz maybe ;)).
  2. Why didn't you read the rules?!
  3. The cars of the original train were 'standard' but the locomotives weren't. So they appeared to have made a sort of blended locomotive version. See also:
  4. For the trains see this topic:
  5. Thanks for sharing @DI1. I get you. It uses something like Xamarin. Maybe you could try Gemini or ChatGPT at least to get you started. I don't think .Net is very suitable for Pi even though there were attempts to run Windows for ARM on a Pi (see e.g. https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=349065).
  6. Welcome Morkie. Enjoy your stay!
  7. Yup, two months ago when doing some shopping, I don't remember which part it was though. Here it is very common: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/whimsical-legos-are-still-washing-ashore-decades-after-they-were-lost-at-sea-180979580/
  8. Great! Thanks for sharing @idlemarvel!
  9. Very nice! I'll send it to my wife who is more into math and technic :) B.t.w. a better filename would be "Guide to Lego clocks.pdf".
  10. Great find, looks indeed very similar! @Pelzer117 really nice one!
  11. Aha, but that was a little difficult to get from you initial post. Also the topic name does not give any clue of course.
  12. Part Designer is a different tool, you should Studio unless you want to make new/custom parts.
  13. One can barely see it, but he is in parts designer. @mikey777 don't go into part designer unless you want to design custom parts, just stay in the main mode...
  14. What OS do you use on the Pi? I would go for Python and/or Node-RED. C# and embedded systems aren't a very good match in my opinion. I have experience in C/C++/C#/Pascal/Python (and PHP, some VB(.Net), but I think the way to go on a Pi is Python.
  15. Welcome @Ihee. I would suggest making a rim using 2458 / 44865 / 30526 together with tiles and long bricks.
  16. Very nice indeed! I also like the 4,5V/12V style trains, also that little diesel shunter.
  17. You could also try this first: Or: https://www.reddit.com/r/lego/comments/1ttkj6/tips_to_cleanrestore_yellowed_bricks/ Even LEGO recommends the UV/sunlight approach b.t.w.
  18. Not yet, but in the end I think I will. The ideas that others have for magnetic connectors are also very nice. But as I will integrate turnouts / servo's and controllers I'm still not sure what to choose (especially on the IoT side).
  19. Very nice @Max_2_0. I am also adding MILS to everything and has been very handy so far.
  20. Very nice work indeed! Really nice both the arch with all it's details and all the great figs!
  21. Welcome @Electromistress. Thanks for sharing!
  22. Nicely done @Juliusz D. Great build. The Bf 109F was the most important German aircraft and you captured it almost perfectly in LEGO!
  23. When you use the original (double/two wire) cables they are in fact parallel and not in series. That is b.t.w. also how it is done in a house (at least the power sockets). 12V is actually quite high for such a small lamps (these days they would have obviously used white LEDs).
