  1. "I am wondering if this "Trade war" with the USA is the problem?" doubt that that is the case. Which iOS version does your phone have? Does it connect to the HUB? Should work the same on iPhone of course.
  2. Yes they sell at a difference that is marginal for us, but I think the servo's are much more expensive for LEGO to make compared to the non-Servo versions.
  3. For LEGO stickers it depends a lot. We always used vinyl that is also used on cars (Mactac). Less brittle than e.g. the older HP stickers that seem to crumble even when MISB.
  4. Of course in theory I would also be in favor of servos, but it makes motors much much more expensive, just a little more intelligent H-bridge would make the control unit more expensive but is still way less expensive than the servo option.
  5. Very nice 'Train part' indeed!
  6. Of course I know these problems from experience. Simply replacing the DRV883x with the DRV8871/DRV8701 could already fix this, then you don't need to add (external) feedback sensors.
  7. Why do you need feedback on certain motors? E.g. a train motor has in my opinion no need for feedback (I mean slipping wheels can also not be detected by direct motor feedback, at least not without additional complex sensors).
  8. Well looking forward to your attempt (of course in Train Tech ;)). Apart from that nice video.
  9. You could also maybe use a small drill (not using a machine but between your fingers), it was just to show you what it looks like internally.
  10. Thanks! Yup you need to host pictures outside of EB. Here you can see the opened versions:
  11. Please share a picture otherwise it will be impossible to see what you mean?!
  12. Thanks for sharing. Do you have a layout in which you have included narrow gauge already?!
  13. Welcome to Eurobricks Cheryl. Great idea. Maybe you can at least make it a little more concrete and share some WIP (work in progress). p.s. I removed your email address, after 10 posts you will be able to use the message system so people can always send a PM then!
  14. Very nice indeed @Sérgio. Really nice work.
  15. Thanks for joining @domitim, but we are an English-spoken forum, so please rewrite your post in English (Tip: Google Translate). Apart from that, enjoy your stay and hope you will show us your historical LEGO cinema with custom minifigures maybe very soon?!
  16. Welcome @jrs enjoy the EB adventure!
  17. Very nice @Murdoch17 @Daiman Hmm, maybe I should also consider installing a compressor and dust cleaning system in my new LEGO cellar ;) I'm afraid that I'll get the same feedback if I share stuff here (in the future when I have all my LEGO back from storage, probably in the summer vacation).
  18. I already saw it and of course "Like"-ed it x10. Hope putting it on the FP also helps :)
  19. Nice one @Murdoch17, the mudguards are indeed great new(er) pieces for vintage cars. Very curious what the car will look like with brown mudguards.
  20. Very nice @witchy. It has obviously some 7760 vibes (including the color). You also made nice use of new(er) parts for e.g. the tail lights.
  21. Wow, really nice @dmaclego, I like all those details you were able to put in and making it functional too!
  22. @BatteryPoweredBricks made a great video on improving the EN:
