    Nice for you to join Brebo, I already posted your kickstarter somewhere here. We have a policy (that you accepted when you joined) that we don't encourage people to just advertise their own idea's on other sites. So be sure that you also enjoy your stay here at eurobricks, but please don't only use it as a marketplace. B.t.w. you are welcome to add a link in your signature, but keep it decent (see the example in my signature).

    Since Trains is not as busy as some other fora, we want to announce our cooperation with model railroaders starting today with new member Tenderlok and his magnificent Krupp steam engine. Of course that was a joke, but what can we say more... Not entirely purist, but a very great job. Read more about here it in Train Tech.

    We spoke to the designer last Friday but she did not show us this set yet :) Very nice the bike. She told us that she definitely tries to include special parts in such a sets (particularly for AFOL's) even though the sets are not targeting AFOL's.

    Last Friday we were in Billund with a group from 1000steine. I heard that each year six AFOL groups can have a tour. There are also educational tours. But they were in the process of changing things inside the plant to at this point no new tours will be scheduled till they are finished. Apart from Kornmarken production facilities, we also visited the LEGO Idea House including 'the Vault'. I think it would be best to ask your closest ambassador.

    Who knows :) I can ask tomorrow... Currently in Billund with 1000steine AFOL's, tomorrow we will visit the LEGO Ideas House / store / Factory, I doubt that they will answer it though (and if they would they would probably give us a NDA before doing so :))

    Manchester Brickadilly Station by Paperballpark is not only a magnificent Train Station but also home for some stunning trains including the Flying Scotsman. Last weekend Paperballpark displayed his work at the Great Western Brick Show at Swindon (UK) but for those who couldn't visit, he shares the images in Train Tech.

    @Iori_Yagami, you have some points there but this is true for a lot of manufacturers. LEGO is a company that is very difficult to understand. Why don't they make certain parts anymore and why do they sometimes suddenly re-release very rare parts (like yellow building helmets). There can easily be other reasons for certain decisions that both the young and old customers just don't see / know about. E.g. the total weight or amount of paper that they use etc. Will visit the factory next Friday so if I think about it I can ask but not sure if they can/will answer it of course.

    You just joined to complain about LEGO apparently? They indeed need to make sure they keep their quality but it isn't that bad is it?! The bricks and stickers are the most important (at least to me). Maybe they should hire you and then the company will surely overcome all their issues with quality that is for sure (or not).

    Nice video Arjen :) We still need to drink coffee some day haha :) programmers and their time management, you see what happens ;)

    You'd better use timing belts. I have experience with it because of helping young high school students with some projects. If you use strings the pen will easily wiggle a little bit.

    It is too intensive for the server since short words have a much higher change to be found (as separate words) and be likely included in other words as well.

    @firstofminifigs, just wondering (uh, actually, monitoring competition haha), are those stickers also computer cut or did you need to do it yourself?
