well, if you buy a lot of LEGO on ebay it is cheaper than buying just the minifigs apart I think.

brilliant, especially those plants and flowers! -
interesting the TMNT Shellraiser indeed has train wheels! I didn't know that! actually that set is quite interesting for train enthusiasts for it's parts!

I really would like to see the door stickers and maybe the 60 or 80 km sticker at the back... I think all other stickers are quite doable :) I also finished the truck, now the stickers :) Well than at least I'm afraid mister Thomsen did die, I just found his obituary: That town is about 150 km from Billund though, so maybe it it not THE mister Villy Thomsen. I also heard that Villy was a misspelling from Willy so you never know.

not for me :( (It's not just you! http://www.brickshelf.com looks down from here.)

Well, what will you do with that? It looks almost like the tracks in the Lone Ranger mine.
-
Hope your engine driver isn't afraid of heights ;) Nice job although I would be concerned about the train falling, I notice the tracks do move a bit.

Stickers template?
JopieK replied to piterx's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
all stickers are different indeed. I never use a template, although I know some dimensions by heart of course and do use my own templates for minifig torsos etc. -
very nice job!!!

we have those in Holland as well, I see them now and then when traveling by train to work. Looks very realistic!
-
nice design, also very flat, that is convenient though not very realistic.

Welcome Roberto, maybe hard, but "Technic, Achitecture, Modular and Trains", is the last the best or did you put them in order of importance ;)

"Unilever was a cleaning product" that is incorrect, it is a large manufacturer of almost everything one can find in your average supermarket (worldwide under the Lever name). Soep is translated from Dutch to: soup! (pronunciation is the same...) There was a funny error in the Dutch instructions that might have lead you to the incorrect interpretation ;) Link to quite a large image Worst en Soep would be translated to Sausage and Soup (under UNOX brand this is a very known product of Unilever, you might know it as Knorr). -
no indeed, I'm a tech teacher in high school and college, but I don't see any relevance to it...

@just2good: like Escher or something like that indeed: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M._C._Escher

Just depending on what you need, I can help you with that, we do custom stuff both on white and transparent vinyl. Sometimes custom stuff takes a while, but a letter is cheap (stickers aren't that heavy ;)) Check our site to see what we generally do and of course since it is also a hobby, we won't charge startup costs etc.

A very sad toy store experience today.
JopieK replied to Hrw-Amen's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It keeps LEGO awake... same with Apple and other brands... people think Apple is overpriced, but look at their new OS X and Mac Pro... Competition is good for us, believe me... without competition LEGO will fall asleep, only think about money and not anymore about customer (so also AFOL) satisfaction. -

I like it very much :) we should develop a special shield from Arduino to LEGO NXT / PF some day. The educational world will also be eager to adopt that. Sincerely, Johan
