  1. I thought it was a pimped-out school bus.
  2. I love the sword and the shield. The helmet - not so much.
  3. Well, I may be mistaken, but these seem to be renders, not photos. The whole thing, while impressively accurate, would fall apart when built.
  4. Your remakes look excellent. Keep up the good work!
  5. It's breathtaking. Simply breathtaking. My favorite part is perhaps the modern rendition of the Guarded Inn. Oh, and the large well, too!
  6. Outstanding build. I love the colors, the brick-built mill-wheel and door, and the trees!
  7. I have several of them assembled, but they are buried under dozens of bags of other bricks, so I haven't been able to try your solution yet. As soon as I find them, I will let you know if I managed to take them apart.
  8. Asked in the Technic subforum, this thread can be deleted.
  9. All the way to the end, which means 90 degrees? I will have to try it. Thanks!
  10. I need a little help. Is there a way to separate these Technic disk joint pieces without damaging them? https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=44225#T=C https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=44224#T=C
  11. Is there a way to separate these two without damaging them? https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=44225#T=C https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=44224#T=C
  12. Thanks! I'm currently building it IRL, and will probably have to redesign the claws, as they may be a bit too fragile.
  13. This is pretty neat! I like the way the treasury is hidden behind a secret door.
  14. I updated the design of my ship, turning it into a proper galleon: Spaniard version:
  15. PS. Or they could go a more ambitious route, recreating 6949 Robo Guardian - of course, without the magnets. Here's my own attempt:
  16. 6889 Recon Robot maybe? Should be easy enough to recreate, as most of the pieces are still in production, except the hinge plates, which can be replaced with plates with clips and handles.
  17. Pretty. And nice usage of the sand blue windscreens.
  18. My modernized remake of the classic set 497 Galaxy Explorer. I opted for a more elongated, dagger-like shape. Unlike the original, this one is a single seater, but at least the pilot can sit comfortably.
  19. Overall, it's fantastic, but there is still room for improvement. The Emperor's shuttle as it appears in ROTJ lacks any tan detailing on its wings. It also has some grey accents on the cooling intakes. Pic for reference: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/4/43/Grey-nosed_Lambda_shuttle.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20180429115037
  20. What's a prince valiant shield?
  21. Iconic and masterfully recreated. Congrats!
  22. I'm guessing the brick-built horses might look like the ones I designed:
  23. Nice use of the Dungeons and Dragons tiles for the stairs. EDIT: But the top decorations should stay.
