Really interesting details on the front. The little red and blue cheese slopes on top of the hood are pretty brilliant, actually the angling of the whole front is awesome. Very Sprinter-ly :) very good work there Edit: the wheels on the stretcher are a nice touch too.

how to connect lego head accessories to stud
emilstorm replied to mrbean's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Maybe a technic flex tube or pneumatic hose. Those can then be connected to something else. But it might end up a little complicated for a bird-holder-contraption :) -
It is probably a matter of piece count, but I think they should have put tiles on all the floors or none. Apart from that it looks pretty good

Great final result! The garage looks really good, I love the overhang over the door, and the rest of your furniture is awesome.

So, technically, you don't have a first name? Are you from Hawaii? Welcome to eurobricks :) -
I met a guy from Mattel who bought some LEGO for play testing
emilstorm replied to legoman19892's topic in Community
This blog is written by a woman trying to demonize all plastic toys and make a big thing out of nothing, and you are carrying it in. No where does it say that they 'use trace amounts of PVC'. It clearly says that they are under the limits if US law and they have stricter limits than that. If somebody has a problem with what's in toys, they should takes it up with the legislators in their respective country, not single out a specific manufacturer in public. I don't think I would ever buy MB, but please don't make it sound like it is dangerous. And by the way PVC is completely safe in itself, some of the stuff you put in it to make it soft can be dangerous, but there is a huge difference.- 22 replies

Ok the Rembrandt was a bad example :) and as I said people buy lego for different reasons. I would not consider myself a collector, but I don't really play with my figures. And I have absolutely no problem with non-purist people, I often customize minifigs myself. But I would never buy these figs, and for the most part I keep my customs strictly separated from my 'purist' stuff. You can say the customizing is a separate hobby for me.

Hi Chris, we have met before, but here us my official welcome :) and good luck with your collection :)

I don't know the UK law regarding this, only Danish, but if you have received an invoice or order confirmation it is legally binding. At least in DK

That is excellent, it is just like being there yourself

I agree, show what you need to show, and don't make it too long. I would say 5 minutes is the maximum for a single MOC unless it has soooo many new revolutionary features or techniques you need to explain. In this case I would suggest making more than one video for that MOC, this would also give people a reason to come back

How should I remove the legs?
emilstorm replied to Microdragons's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Brand new legs can be a little hard to get off, so if you need to do a lot you can use a brick separator (how is that spelled ) or a regular plate for better grip, by using the 2 holes on the back of the legs. You can also put a torso on top to hold it better. And as King Pixel said, pull and twist -
Hi Bill, Welcome to the forum, I am all about fire trucks too:) I also only build my own ones, only European fire/rescue so far, but planning to do a fererra (hope that's spelled correctly) rescue truck to try out an idea for an extrication bumper:) Also planning to make some custom SCBA, helmets and tools, but struggling with finding the time:)

Welcome to eurobricks:) There is nothing like being reunited with your old Lego, and those old technic sets were awesome! I lost interest in technic completely after they made everything with lift arms and panels, it's just not Lego for me anymore:(

It looks like a Fabuland window to me. Not sure though, it's been many years since I have ssen one last

I checked it out, and you now have one more subscriber Youtube users work in mysterios ways... You have some great stuff on your channel, and I certainly don't think it is the quality that keeps people from subscribing As pluto suggests the number of technic fans on youtube might be the issue, I think especially the technic crowd are a bit more... eh... intellectually advanced than the average youtube dude and would rather sit on a forum and discuss gear exchange ratios, or what ever you guys call it The technic forum does sometimes seem a bit like a closed circle, and generally i don't think it is the most popular Lego theme, so reaching out of it can be tough i imagine.

I don't mean to pour salt in your wound, but it was a bad move I actually sold my old game buy some years ago (not to buy Lego ) and kind of regret it today
