  1. I'm pledging to Dugal, but I don't have a picture of my character/soldiers at the moment. I do have them put together though, so I should have pictures of them up in a few days.
  2. Love this build! Your ground texturing is great, and the building in the first picture is really cool. I like the hinged opening window/wall you included. And great work with the cheese slope wall mosaic! I can never seem to make one work, so I applaud those that can.
  3. Very cool! I like the figure head on the front, with the antlers and the dragon head. And nice background story. Gondolin wouldn't happen to be inspired by Tolkien's Silmarilion would it?... Anyways, nice work!
  4. Thanks for the encouragement guys! I made some progress on the prow, and I added two more masts, as you suggested Kabel. It looks much better with three! Mr. Townsend, for the steering mechanism, I probably will use a capstan-esque type steering mechanism, sort of a pre-steering wheel that I've seen on a couple of middle age ship pictures. I have a "prototype" of one on the first page of this thread, but I'm still working on the final design. As for rigging... I'm gonna try to keep it fairly simple, since I usually always end up with a tangle of string.
  5. I like the underwater disney rejects. Your whole underwater scene is very good, I love how you did the background, and the seaweed!
  6. Thank's guys! I'm trying to decide whether to go with one mast, or add another, or maybe two more. I just have the problem of sails, since I don't have any big enough for my ship... Sigolf, thanks for the correction. I'll fix my flag in the final version.
  7. Here's a quick update of my progress so far. The pictures aren't great and my background was falling over, but I was in a hurry anyways. I've still got quite a bit to add to it, and I'm just not that happy with the prow, so any advice on that would be most welcome.
  8. I've kind of got an odd question. I've changed a lot of things about my ship, and it really doesn't look like the same ship... much at all. Does it still count as the same ship, since I called it a WIP, even if it looks completely different? Anyways, I should have pictures up sometime this weekend-ish, so y'all can see for yourself.
  9. Haha, great idea! The snail is awesome, and your trees nicely portray the forest!
  10. Those structures are really cool, I love the wood fort look. And you sir, make very nice trees!
  11. I would like to join Simon and kick some drow.
  12. I think I still have to go with Mumakil, even though I suggested the Warg battle pack...
  13. I agree with what's been said, those trees are great! Nice job!
  14. This build is pretty cool, and the tan accents are a nice touch. That canopy is cool too!
  15. Cool, the purple actually works pretty well for this build. Only thing is the circular window in the stern seems to be a bit low, but that may just be the angle of the picture.
  16. Oh, yeah, that's right. I wasn't sure on the name, thanks for the correction.
  17. I haven't seen this suggested yet, but I would love a Warg Riders Attack set, with riders of Rohan vs Warg riders. The characters could be Gamling, Aragorn, Riders of Rohan x2, Snaga (the warg rider's leader), and 2 generic orcs. Horses could be a brown one and maybe a new gray one. Aragorn and one rider of rohan would be un-horsed. Wargs (x2) could be a new black one, and the dark brown one from MEA. The builds would be some landscape with a small "cliff" similar to the ledge in the Hobbit Attack of the Wargs. If it had to have a play function, you could catapult Aragorn on to Snaga/Warg. That would be my ideal set, other than a Gondor army builder.
  18. Very nice structure! Looks great.
  19. Zcerberus is now... the Wyle E Coyote?.... What is this trickery!?
  20. Yeah, I meant I don't want the bear form Beorn. Well, ok I want it, but I would rather have more wargs.
  21. I'd guess a molded beast then. Likely Beorn. I'd actually prefer no bear-form Beorn though. I would much rather get another color Warg, like black or dark tan, maybe even in reddish brown. They're much more useful. But that's just me.
  22. Gosh, I love the broken down wall look using SNOT! The different layer of damage are so cool. Awesome gate, and sweet soldiers!
