  1. Never had that happen, although I've had missing pieces. If I recall correctly, the skeleton head on the POTC Queen Anne's Revenge was varied in different sets, as some had a regular skeleton head and others had the un-dead one from the fantasy era Castle line. The main missing piece experience that I've had was that I was missing the roof pieces from the 2007 Batman Arkham Asylum, which are very large, main, pieces. At that time, I didn't know that you could complain and get the pieces, so I never got them. I wonder what they'd do if I complained now...
  2. You could use some curved sloped bricks using SNOT, such as this piece, this piece, or this piece after the 1x2 inverted slopes. I'm using that technique on my current ship I'm working on, and it looks pretty good IMO. Good luck!
  3. Another great build! And so many slopes! Great job on this, Mass Editor!
  4. Nice job on this chapter! I like all your orcs. And really nice job on the braziers and the chest using boxes and minifig legs, it looks great!
  5. Thanks Damaximus! Thank you Rogue Angel! Building in a rush is definitely challenging, I need to stop waiting till last minute. Thanks Tomsche, glad you like it! Thanks Gideon! I appreciate the feedback, especially from one of my favorite builders!
  6. Nice build mccoyed! Good job with the differing ground elevation. I actually like the amount of figs for this build, it gives it more of a chaotic battle feel. Rather than less minifigs, I would just do a bigger base next time. I prefer bigger battles though, so this is just IMO.
  7. Awesome build, MassEditor! Amazing details and structures as usual! The angles of the walls using the slopes is beautiful, and the chandelier and banners are perfect!
  8. Cool dragon, Vlad! The tail is really nice, with the club and spikes.
  9. Great new chapter! I love the Wizard of Oz figures, looks great! And nice job on the last chapter too, I must have missed that one. The waterfall is genius!
  10. Oh, my bad, thanks Gabe. I fixed the pictures too. Photobucket was acting up last night, but the pictures should be fixed now.
  11. I actually added the last WIP to the first page of my topic already, was I not supposed too? The link to the main picture is here though
  12. Awesome dragon Infernum! It's nice to see a wingless dragon once in a while. And that orc with the SW head piece is sweet, great piece usage there. I'm going to have to try my hand at a brick built dragon one of these days, with all the cool ones I've seen on here!
  13. Lovely house! With the colors and the house shape, it looks like it would fit right in with the Zugal tribe (ravens)! Great job.
  14. Wow, that's awesome man. There are some great building techniques you've used here! Although it's a small part, the red carpet with the gold studs just looks great. The pillars and the walls also look amazing, great job!
  15. Looks great! I love the main gate part, with the spear-portculis, and the different roof techniques. The great hall also looks really good! My only critique here would be that the ground inside the walls is pretty plain, with just the dark bley plates. Maybe adding some 1x1 studs/tiles would mix it up, and add more variation to the ground. Other than that it all looks really good!
  16. Awesome, Simon! I love the use of those sombreros, and the other various head-wear for the crowd. GO TEAM AVALONIA!
  17. I know you're not computers, sorry to sound impatient. By latest WIP do you mean just put the last picture I posted in the topic on the first page, or put the latest version of my ship? I don't want to break any rules here.
  18. The half stud offset turned out really well, looks great! I love your landscaping too, it's always very nice. Cool build!
  19. No, I didn't. I asked if I could above, but I haven't gotten an answer yet...
  20. Sir Brychan sends one of his best commanders along with some of his personal warriors to aid Dugal in his fight. The commander, Torgonius, wields a mystical axe that's blades, which can cut through most anything with ease, only appear when summoned, making it easy to carry when not in battle. All will fight to the death, and can die if necessary.
  21. Looks really great! Can't wait to see it finished.
  22. Hamerhand/Avalonia for Kaliphlin. Very nice ships on both sides though! Hey Ska, I never posted the final version of my ship (it was a WIP), is it too late? I can get pictures up today, if it's allowed. If not, oh well.
  23. Very cool house! The different colors work really well, and I like the roof. I don't recognize the witch's face though, what's it from?
  24. Thank you Gunman! Thanks Thomas! I originally tried a bunch of different support types, but I didn't like how the thicker ones looked, so I went with these. Thanks SK! The watchtower is based on one from Braveheart, which I decided worked well as a temporary fortification building. The angled plates were actually inspired from your awesome Cat. C scene!
  25. Very cool! Love the rocks in that second build. Did you use mixel joints for those?
