  1. Totally amazed, getting Lego(to say) to catch a ball is just beyond impressive.
  2. This is a brilliant idea of a pulley setup with dummy cylinders. Well done.
  3. Wow, now this is a great tank. I remember seeing these in some old war movies and what you have created is just perfect. Another great build Tommy.
  4. Brilliant car, can't wait to see it on a smooth surface. The top edges of the windscreen probably needs a little more fine tuning but on the other hand thats what makes it your creation and unique. Well done.
  5. The arm still has free movement, its so far not impaired by the hoses.
  6. Brilliant C Model, should've been the official B Model.
  7. this looks awesome and really looking forward to the finished model.
  8. A small update. Roughed in the hoses and switches. Decided to use a lever operated pump. So far the arm is not over crowded with hoses.
  9. This is looking great. I'm curious, the new pneumatic switches are they harder to move then the old ones? My middle son loves buses and is watching this getting built.
  10. Great work so far. how much reach does the mast get and sorry for my dumbness but the 2 cylinder LPE is that a 2 cylinder motor so to speak?
  11. Thanks for yor replies. MRP_ its will have a manual pump inside of it operated by a wheel or a lever. Erik the 2 1x2 beams arnt fixed, there is a little movement and its a problem which is rattling my head. not looking forward to adding all the 8 hoses II feel it may get ugly.
  12. Your moc just gets better and better. Great work on the jet, for such a small one you've captured it well with so few panels.
  13. It has 2 cylinders, its a bit hard to see the second one but yes it has enough power and dosent require much air to operate them.
  14. Love it. Building without a plan is a very interesting way to go. I'm doing the same...just winging it.
  15. Here is my idea for this comp. My excavator a going to be as small as I can get it with all functions inside of it so no external hose and pump. I'm not going to base it on a particular model but just get it to resemble something like one in general. I've started with the boom and dipper arm so here is my first concept, maybe it will stay like it but its early stages. Its 2 studs wide. The biggest challenge is the 3 studs of extension from the small cylinders and getting them to achieve more than that. Boom and dipper arm raised Boom and dipper arm reached down And Bucket to body All thoughts welcome.
  16. Great idea. Cant wait for it to be finished.
  17. Cheers. This will come in handy. Again thank you for your hard work in making this.
  18. This is an awesome build and great performance. Reminds me of Baracade.
  19. This is amazing and congratulations on making it to the front page.
  20. Lol..brilliant, u got my vote... . I needed a laugh after the Porsche comp. Jim this sounds like a great comp, I may make something small this time around.
  21. Now that's impressive. Your gonna have to rename yourself from sevenstuds to fourstuds , but in all well done on achieving your goal and love the alien.
  22. Congratulations to all the semi-finalists. So many great models.
  23. I'm impressed Jim, 20 already. I don't know how you did it cause there are so many awesome entries of all types.
