jorgeopesi replied to JLiu15's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
This is the most difficult and funny part of the machinery. -
[MOC] Tracked Loader
jorgeopesi replied to JLiu15's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
It is a nice approach to a tracked loader, I would do a stronger arm and then I would increase the arm and bucket movement but I am a little crazy doing machinery. -
Very nice MOC with a lot and very realistic functions .

Ferrari F40

Of course everybody can do it, I preffer the 1:10 scale because I do not like huge MOCs. You would need a lot of flex axles. The new version is half in my mind, I am seriously thinking about eliminate the suspension, I think it will improve the presence a lot, ackerman steering, fake engine and nice body is what people like, and cars are not my strong. -
I am not here for the replies too but it is also clear that its existence give you a kind of recognicing to the MOC. I have received more replies to my cars when I preffer my machines by far, they have a lot of work more and they are more efficient and funny but people still preffering cars for showcases, if I only wanted replies I would do cars, for me Technic is about the minimalistic efficience.

I think the same sometimes... when I come back from my dark ages someone called Sheepo made me some criticisms in the Spanish forum, with the time I learned that they were good advices but without enough knowledge I thought the opposite and even I got angry . It will be hard for beginners because everybody has a first MOC and all are bads but necesaries for tne next one.

[MOC] Large helicopter
jorgeopesi replied to Jeroen Ottens's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I forgot to comment that awesome helicopter, this machine teachs a lot of interesting tecniques. -
I do not think that more comments bring us more MOCs, years ago when I did not know how to write here, neither now, I build much more than now, but it is true that so many times I do not comment because I do not know well how to do it enough well. Maybe the average level is soo high that do awesome MOCs is too difficult.

You are right, it is difficult to explain but I will say this, I can draw quite well, and I always preffer my copies of another drawnings than my invented ones... maybe for me is important to have a reference. Maybe Lego Technic is getting obsolete... Not too much Technic MOCs after all I think. I also do not like too much but as I said not many MOCs. Well I think there are much less MOCs since 2 years ago... more or less...
