  1. While talking about polybags: If someone comes across - 30188 Cute Kitten - 30212 Mirkwood Elf Guard - 30231 Space Insectoid - 30243 Umbaran MHC - 30244 Anakin's Jedi Intercepter ...who you gonna call?
  2. What's going on here? It's still January ... Well, it's never too early to start posting about good deals. So please count me in for a copy of that wonderful De Lorean as well. Thank you!
  3. Oh - I didn't know that. Thanks for the info.
  4. I believe it's the latter due to this two reasons: a) 87994 looks like it is too long b) the bar seems to have a whole, so it should be a cutted tube.
  5. Not looking at your writing, I first thought: Cool, they finally made your new roof shingle design! I had to have a second look at the official pictures to get it right. Very well done, bbqqq!
  6. Thanks for posting, menad. This will indeed be a happy year if there are new train sets! The passenger train comes with fewer bricks (610) than older sets (7938 got 669 bricks), the other two sets come with more that what we are used to (7898 - 856, 7939 - 839, 3677 - 831, 7937 - 361). Still no decent train station in sight. Hope this upcoming set will be more like 7997 than 7937. Now it's waiting for photos again...
  7. Absolutely seconded! Well, besides the LL929 maybe...
  8. Copmike, how about that part in the middle with 7,5 something? Thanks for the heads-up, you once again made a lot of people happy. Hopefully you will have some days of rest as well (before shipping all the figs around the globe). Merry Christmas!
  9. I don't think you are right, rolayejoy. Copmike stated, he is shipping the figs to the winner and is not going to manage any tradings. Looking at all the prices he has got to ship worldwide and the work combined with that I can understand that he doesn't want to be held responsible for trading as well. If someone in Europe is interested in the 1st, 3rd and 4th of those four: (so obviously NOT the iron patriot ), and wants to trade, shoot me a PM.
  10. Yep. It's as simple as that.
  11. Wooohoooo! The Iron Patriot! And no - I don't wanna trade. Thanx Mike - and Sinner of course.
  12. So you took part in this raffle. Why didn't you read the calendar post then? The staff (and that means Copmike all by himself) has got a lot of work with this, it would be a smart move for all of you, if you put a little more work in your posts.
  13. Very good and detailed review! I especially like your photography. Sharp, crisp details - perfect background. I wished I would be able to do such great photos of my Lego. And your summary of the new parts and the total summary is very nice, too. A new standard for upcoming reviews? Thank you very much, Jim
  14. Holy sh**! I want all of them... Thank you so much, Copmike, you're the best. But you know that already, don't you?
  15. W O N D E R F U L !!! Very well made, hachiroku! I bookmarked you BS-folder. Absolutely seconded. Now please continue with the other spaceships. Pleeeeaaase?
  16. So do I. I don't get why there is this "security"-slope. Either it is a maintenance vehicle, or security. The blue vehicle looks more like maintenace, the second more like emergency. But security? Or is there an equivalent IRL?
  17. Not at all. Even more with the controvery I/you started, I'm very thankful you DID answer here.
  18. I have seen you wonderful MOC in Cologne last year at Fanwelt and in Cologne once more in the old city hall some months ago. I haven't seen any MOC being so close to the original like yours. One more thing: When I tell about people more crazy than me and incredible MOC's you and your creation is the first I mention. A true *****-MOC. Is Groß-St. Martin new? I can't recall seeing it before.
  19. I wonder if the one who voted "below average" has balls enough to stand up and explain him(her?)self why he voted that way.
  20. Thank you very much for this outstanding review! This is going to be another masterpiece. TLC (Jamie) included so many new parts and fantastic colours. Surely a must for me. Sidenote and nit-picking: Your photos lack contrast, because they are too bright. Especially when it comes to the white parts. And you included tons of photos. For me (and maybe that's just me) less, especially random instruction pics, the bags and various shots from the unfinished building, would be more in this case.
  21. The guidelines say: "The MOC theme is Christmas tree ornaments." Does it have to hang then? My ornament is laying in front of the tree of course. But if you insist: Just take each of the three kings and hang them to the tree.
  22. Thanks Mike, for arganizing this (once again)! I - WANT - THIS - MINIFIG!!! Very nice entry, mordrate! My vote goes to y... ... wait this is a raffle, right? So here's my entry: ... on their way ...
  23. Wow, this building is fantastic! The details from the outside, and the clever partly snow covered roof, ingenious. And it has an interior, too! There is nothing not to love Besides maybe the red and green floor in the living room, but I guess this is just X-mas decoration and will be removed after the holidays, right? Your MOC is a great addition to the original winter buildings from Lego. Thanks for sharing.
  24. I see you writing about the V2 receiver. I don't want to hijack this topic, but can someone lead me to more info about the new receiver (difference to the old one)?
  25. What Akiyuky does is truly amazing. Some of the modules look kind of boring, but when you see the mechanics behind it, your jaw will drop to the floor. He mostly works with mechanics instead of electric or even programmed NXT solutions. Look at and tell me after ten seconds how many motors you think are used for this. Then watch to the end. If you still have no idea how many, see
