It seems nice and cute so far. I will wait for the better pictures and possible minifigs and other accesories (animals etc.). I like th epossibility to easily put it on the 32 x 32 baseplate to fit it into my modular city :)

Ordered :) Looking forward to that nice vintage car, hope that on next friday, it will stand next to my other buildings on the shelf :D

This is on 48x32 footprint. Many pieces are consumed by watter tiles... And we havent seen the back of the model yet.

Now I feel real pitty that the original NC from 2017 is not available anymore. Sad. I would buy Gardens but it wont work as a standalone set among my modulars.

What makes you think that next years modular will be “anniversary one”? I think that we can expect anniversary modular in 5 yrs ( 20 yrs of anniversary). We have it in AS already.

They could remedy that if they rerelease those previous twomsets. Otherwise I am not interested and will be good with jist those Chinese New Year sets. Pitty.

Honestly so far dissapointed. But what really makes me angry is that this came out after 3 yrs from the last set. Anyone who want to start with NC has a bad luck since the previous two are riddiculously overpriced on secondary market. This will be the pass for me just out of the protest.

NC Gardens wont be released on January 2021? So April then?

Its seems subjective what "incredibly expensive" means. For me NC sets are not "incredibly expensive" quite on the opposite. I mean back in the day when they were available in retail, now on secondary market, they are slowly becoming quite expensive...not incredibly yet but quite.. :D But its DBG nonetheless :)

I think that JB says his goodbye to the modulars through AS. It makes sense since he is a design lead and now he has other project to do. He still supervises those new modulars and I bet that some ideas are his suggestions. Its time to move on :)

As far as I know there are 2 rumored sets. Gringots and some shops (1-2). It was an intense discussion on HP forum few weeks ago...

Lucky that I already purchased BB (it was day one). Now the list contains: 1) Police station (January) 2) Chinese New Year set - Garden (January) 3) NC Gardens - depending on how they look (March) 4) HP add ons to the Diagon Alley (Summer 2021) Hope that there wont be any other big sets in 1st half of the year (honestly I hope for the rest of the year, since I plan to move and need to save some extra money for new home :D)

Its Lego isnt it? :) Thats finished product and if you like to make some changes and mods (almost everyone will) then you re free to go. For me, i dont mind those walls. I mind other things, like missing police car. To that you can say taht I should build my own. And its fine, you would be right. This is product which is finished. Everyone can change it to their taste (which are different as you can see).

I consider multiple facedes as a good for overal look of the street. Many AFOLS already stated before that the most important think to them is the facade since the modulars are on the shelves or in the cities. I consider interior details same important but for what we are used to get from lego, its okay. Probably more than in other modulars, in here you can see more attention for logic and thinking of the details. The station itself is nicely centered, and the building can work as standalone set as well. Dividing walls with smaller height are common, I am surprised that it surprises you. Pet Shop, Detective Office, Brick Bank. You can finish them with your bricks (same with interiors as many here stated on argument that they want more bricks on the facade and less inside). "If you need to make a wall lower so humans can get their hands inside...then your building probably isn't wide enough." To that I can say that maybe 32x32 baseplate is not big enough for these buildings :) I recommend you to be less judgmental or at least express it as your opinion only (which you somehow miss in "thoughts")

Plice Precinct is not accurate outside US. So PD is more suitable. (Police Department / Police and Donuts) :) Oh i see it now. Thanks. Interesting how you can get your hand inside? The roof doesnt seems to be removable since that 4x6 black plate is attached directly to the roof slopes (on that plate there are 1x4 black tiles...) Maybe the side is removable? Hmmmm... Cant wait for review. Precisely, those two side buildings are charming and adds a lot to the modular street. And it will fits perfectly next to Bookshop or Parisian Restaurant or even Pet Shop. I am really thankful for Police, since there were none, and for long time there wasn't any administrative / governmental building (we have only Firefighters Department and Town Hall). There could be more figs for sure, but I don't mind it since I have plenty of citizens in my town, mainly from CMF series and People Packs (including some police officers). What I miss is classic style Police car, similar to the one in Arkham Asylum set from Batman Movie (I don't have it sadly). Regarding animals - yes this deserves at least a Police dog, but then there should be a cage or dog house included (which will take some parts and space). So for me its understandable, but more birds would be nice, perhaps also grey ones to represent pidgeons :)

Every decoratef piece in the set is printed. Designer said that and Lego odficial description confirms it as well :)

No way! Thats cute and hilarious at the same time.. do you think that there is some movable bricks to get outside from that "tunnel"? Also I have noticed that those stairs are brickbuild and snoted, nice!

Btw have you noticed those colour clean and cohesive side walls? No colour mish-mash, its nice and clean even with a little texture here and there. Really nice clean and well-thought build.

Sadly no police car and only 5 figs and no animals :/ hmmm overall great building though and I like new prints (luckilly no stickers). I dont like the box though... What I dont understand is why some of you guys are trying to mix here politics and current situation in US. Believe or not, US are not the whole world. Many years Afols where whining for Police station. Here it is as a fan service more than anything else and yet many of you still bitching about it. Jesus...
