Hello Eurobricks, "The Blocky Guide to parenting / Internet-Research" is my english version of "Der kleine eckige Erziehungsratgeber / Recherche" - Brickfilm, with 2 awards at STEINEREI, german brickfilmfestival. "Best Animation" & "Best Voice Performance". I made such brickfilms and called the producer for research in the product and my remix-idea. We both had a lough - and sure they had seen some of my animated clips and wrote that episode. I asked for permission to make it a "lego-Film" again and here we are. 3 years later - because the project was sleeping in my head a long time. planed that with minifigs first, but made it different, as it was also a long dream having some kind of brick-based Stop-Motion-Puppets. They are based somehow on the LEGO 31019 (Monkey) - a set i really liked and used for animation in clips before. But you know - it´s descended from the apes Have fun, Steffen

Hey guys , this is the first Bionicle G2 MOC I made that I find worth sharing so please , enjoy : This is ______ , the son of Makuta . The devil-like _____ is as devious and insidious as his father , but also bloodthirsty and ruthless. He wields a powerful Bident gifted to him by his father ( inspired by Hades's weapon of choice ) , which he uses both for physical combat as well as channeling his dark elemental powers. His bat-like wings allow him to take his fights to the sky ( using an Ikir like flapping function ) , often dropping his enemies after grabbing them and flying high enough for a lethal drop. Finally , his satyr-like legs draw inspiration from depictions of demons and devils having similar legs , as well as G1 Makuta from 2003. "Witness the fate of your leader Toa , witness the fate of those who stand before me . Now that I defeated him , what chance do you stand ?" So what do you guys think ? Please comment , I'd love to hear your opinions and criticism , they really mean a lot to me ! I'm also looking for a name for him so drop any idea you have in the comments . This model is dedicated to my father, who, through thick & thin, never gave up on me. He has inspired me, challenged me, and helped me become who I am today. This model was created by my father as gift to me in 2004. It is a representation of a diesel, and was created before he had discovered Bricklink. The base plate is the only incorrect part, as it should have 10 pin holes instead of 6 like this one does. Sadly, as I grew older, I decided I didn't like the model anymore, so I tore it apart around 2007. About 6 years later I realized my mistake, and am currently trying to rebuild it. This is my own modern interpretation of the model. I made it stronger, cleaner, and more pleasing to the eye. But if you look at the side vent work, you will see what inspired me: that 2004 MOC by my Dad. Here they are together, so you can compare them.
