  1. i world like to see a proper, large landmark building. Maybe something more architectural like Fallingwater (with a lot of detail and some nice folliage), the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao (not NY) or the Pantheon with it's amazing dome. Also I world be thrilled to see an Chinese or Japanese Temple or an updated Eiffel Tower!

    Lego Architecture 2020

I do hope they would release a more architectural model, and not so many rereleases of buildings we already have
  3. I would like to know what are those 2 Creator expert sets: 10273 for 229,99€ 10274 for 199,99€ I’d guess that one is the rumored fairground drop tower and I hope the other one is a large landmark building!

[MOD] 10270 Extended "Dutch" Version Modular

Wow! Looks amazing! I was thinking about doing the same thing. What are you planning to do with the parts you are left with from the second box?

Wow. It could look amazing. Like a modern Detective’s Office!

The background is very similar to the box art from Detective's Office and Parisian Restaurant

I hope for a French or Italian style building. Last 2 years there have been very distinctly American buildings and it’s high time to change that I wouldn’t also mind a Chinese or Japanese inspired Modular with a Sushi restaurant You know this would be a big success, couse the 80101 Chinese limited set were very desired. And just look at ninjago, that sells extremely well
  8. Leaks suggest that in 2020 there will be 7 Creator Expert sets: 10270 (16+) - 2504 pc - Modular Building 10271 (16+) - probably Vehicle 10272 (16+) -Fairground ?? 10273 - Landmark ?? 10274 - ?? 10275 - Winter Village 10276 - ??

    2019 LEGO Architecture

The Empire State is almost in a perfect 1:1000 scale, so that's nice. I'm planning to build the Chrystler in the same scale to match it.
  10. I agree, a tower would be interesting. But it should be something well known like the One World Trade Center from NY or the Shard from London (they would look something like those 1/650 MOCs). I also (still) think a chinese temple would be something that could work very well in this bigger scale (Forbidden City or Angkor Wat). I just hope we will get anything this year ;)
  11. In a interview I think Jamie said that older buildings that are more intricate and detailed look better in Lego that modern ones. He also said that the Sydney Opera House performance was a bit underwhelming, so I guess we won’t be seeing modern architecture any time soon. BTW: I think the Opera House is a brilliant model, much better than Big Ben
  12. I could see either a detailed Eiffel Tower or a Chinese Temple happening. I would like to see (but it won’t happen) is a recreation of the Neuschwanstein Castle from Germany.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

I’m interested in what the architectural style will be. A petrol station feels like an American style- building. DD was really American-specific (the architecture and the concept of a "Downtown Diner"), so I hope for a more universal style (I wished for a Parisian-like modular, but it probably won’t happen)
