ghoulrealm Posted December 13, 2009 Is it possible to get those pegs out of the rubbery socket somehow? Might be useful for some unconventional minifig customization... I think not without pretty much destroying it in the process. I don't really see a potentail with the pegs out anyhow. They are not particularly compatible any other way than they were intended. The Green Brick Giant Posted December 13, 2009 The Impulse sets are very nice, I wish they would have them in stores where I feel an IMPULSE TO BUY THEM!
Clone OPatra Posted December 13, 2009 Looking at these new pics, I have to say I don't like Manta Man's torso even more. It looks to me like a human's jacket that's been left underwater for a really long time, which just doesn't make sense to be on mythical creatures, and doesn't even looks so good, to me anyway. Is Manta Man supposed to be a human that was drowned for a long time and now has turned into part Mantaray? If not, him having a jacket doesn't fit.

He sure looks fishy ... but maybe they're supposed to be fins or something.
user Posted December 13, 2009 RC did a great review of Gateway of the squid. You should check it out!
Bfahome Posted December 13, 2009 The Gateway - the keystone spins freely until you put one of the "Atlantis Disks" into it. Then it will turn to open the gate. I love being right. <3 Also I want several of that manta guy for a fishy crew on a ship.

Dennimator Posted December 14, 2009 8073 Manta Warrior YES!!! I´ve been waiting for that 1x1 piece with 1 stud in dk gray so long (since this summer, when I found out that they were making the pieces)! I need about 500 of them, so my local store better stock up on those impulses... (..Or I´ll use BL, and don´t have to waste 15.000 SEK just on impulses. )
The Cobra Posted December 14, 2009 8079 Judging from this small pic, I'd say the human vehicle looks cool and the giant turtle (?) sucks.

The Green Brick Giant Posted December 14, 2009 The Carrier is nice but not $65, not $60 nice and not even $50 nice.
MarcusV3 Posted December 15, 2009 The Carrier is nice but not $65, not $60 nice and not even $50 nice. I completely agree! I would have paid $40 without complaints but 65?! I'll pass but maybe it's bigger than what I think

The Green Brick Giant Posted December 17, 2009 Submarine is 49.99 dollars(i red about in somewhere)...i think .It's 60 dollars only on ToysRus now. The guy paid $65 for it, wouldn't that make the official price $60?
Nightshroud99 Posted December 17, 2009 The Neptune Carrire looks huge and I want it. But not for Toysrus's outrageous price.
