He says it's a mould like the Banana/Hot Dog/Corn Cob

Isn't it odd to get a tree costume like that in the City line?

Could that mould be reused here as a cost saver? I bet so!

It's very common/a on running joke in movies to see kids in tree suits in school plays so maybe some kind of city school set? I haven't read the city 2018 rumours yet!

They are not really detailed description per se.... but I think the last few discussions are around  one gangster disguised like a tree comment from the words of SvL found at the 2nd link.

I doubt we'll see many accessories this time around, though, as the more or the bigger the pieces on the minifigure's person, the less chance of them coming with something. I'll be surprised if any of the full-bodied suits come with accessories, though the Rocket Boy might have gotten away with it due to his height. I don't know how they determine it.

I imagine several of these will be handled with helmet pieces and perhaps Tiger Woman-style tail pieces. Those likely will be accessorized like we're accustom to.
