Steelworks Warehouse

Recommended Posts

Here we are with another industrial MOC: Steelworks Warehouse.

Steelworks often employ trains for the handling of materials and finished products and this is the case: at one of the warehouse, we can see a wagon awaiting to be delivered with a steel beam on, two workers controlling some data about it and, near them, two section bars waiting to be loaded too. In front of the wareouse there are two conducts going over the railroad coming from the main sectio of the steelworks.

I'm really enjoying building contemporary industrial MOC, I find a lot of inspiration from browsing in DeviantArt photograpy and this time I decided to do one finished, depicting a place still active. I'm thinking about another one and I think it will be a ruined one, so stay tuned!

C&C are always welcome, I hope you Enjoy! :classic:

Very nice. I've spent a lot of time in Sheffield & Port Talbot over the years and there were lots of structures very similar to this. You've got it spot on.

Well done

That's a good build. The girders are sturdy and the whole thing looks like its bustling with activity.

I can't wait to see your decaying next build.

Love it! The mix of the old and new greats works really well here.

I do love those brick pattern 1 x 2 bricks, I only wish they were readily available in pick a brick in store,

I also like the sunked tracks, that's cool

Nice!

I was at Uni in Sheffield so I remember seeing things like this (maybe not working though; I think it was on the way to the "Fat Cat" for a swift pint or two!). Excellent.

I don't know how all that is called, but it works well together and looks good

Absolutely beautiful build by the way! Love the industry feel of it!

Wow. This beats the stupid crane the Cargo Train comes with, that's for sure!

Great idea and really good execution.

Very impressive , looks so simple yet has a lot of little details , nice work
