We have our first sneak peek at The LEGO Batman Movie! http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/movies/2016/03/21/sneak-peek-lego-batman-shows-his-brick-made-lair/82014418/ He’s Batman, Lego Batman. The toy brick version of the superhero (voiced by Will Arnett) steps into the leading man role in The Lego Batman Movie (due out February 10, 2017) after spinning off from 2014’s The Lego Movie. While the world readies for Ben Affleck to appear as the human caped crusader in Batman v. Superman this weekend, Arnett’s Lego Batman will show off a first trailer on Wednesday — featuring a full-Lego view into billionaire Bruce Wayne’s secret lair. “The Batcave is even better than we remembered it, it’s awesome” says Arnett. “But I also love getting into the ho-hum day-to-day of being Batman and what it’s like to fight crime each day. Like the idea of Batman oversleeping his alarm clock makes me laugh. It really does humanize him.” Director Chris McKay, the animation director for The Lego Movie, says it was clear immediately how popular Batman was in his past supporting role, especially with fan-repeated lines like “I always work in black, and sometimes very, very dark grey.” “We thought if we can tell a well-rounded, funny story that’s action-packed, we can build a big movie around this character,” says McKay. “This is the movie we would want to see.”

I mean yeah it would be cool, but I don't see a LEGO one working as an actual classic cinematic one.

Decoration Tool not working out of a sudden? (Figured out the problem)
Ordinareo posted a topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Hello everyone, I have encountered a bug? today. I love using LIF-Extractor for making custom decorations. As i reached my 150th and 151st custom decoration which i added into the DecorationsMapping with the other 149 decorations, I opened up LDD normally but the decoration tool was not working after trying to apply the custom decorations on the legs. I though that maybe i used the Double Molded legs by accident, but no. Has anyone encountered this bug, would you even call it a bug? And if so, is there a way to fix it? Could the problem be in the amount of added decorations? EDIT: The problem was too many decorations. Go figure. -
It's Reinhardt, you can see his scar and beard

Star Wars Episode 8, The Last Jedi discussion. **SPOILERS**
Ordinareo replied to Stash2Sixx's topic in Culture & Multimedia
The movie is far from perfect, but it is a good movie with great scenes nevertheless. The only thing that disappointed me was Snoke, what the hell happened? They were building him up to be the next big bad guy for Episode VIII and IX and they just kill him off. What a waste of a could of been good character. That's my only complaint, movie was great, Snoke went out like a chump. Definitely my least favorite villain of the Star Wars saga and universe as a whole. Can i just say I am happy Yoda appeared in the movie, he was just straight up badass for the few minutes he was in. -
Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread

Is it just me that noticed the animation quality has improved a lot since Season 6? The way Lloyd and Nya's animations move in the preview make it look really improved, looks like halting the season for The Ninjago Movie improved the show's quality a bit. I can't wait for the whole Season 7 arc in 2018 since they probably had a lot of time to figure and write things out.- 4591 replies

What is the best digital tool to start with?
Ordinareo replied to davesonmaui's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I would agree with Umbra-Manis, start with LDD since it is more simple than MB but lacks the newer pieces since it is basically abandoned but it is still great to use, then eventually move to Mecabricks which is updated every day since it has a huge amount of parts and decorations and is fun to get used to it's workshop mechanics and features. -
You know Chronopolis is not finished yet? We know half of the locations that are gonna be in the game and the green border in the E3 gameplay shows that. The only locations we've seen or heard about are Noir New York, Ancient Egypt, Hydra New York, Avengers Mansion, Knowhere, Attilan, Lumeria, 2099 New York , Wakanda, Wild West, Medival Times, Sanctum Sanctorum and Sakaar. That is 13 of the 20 they said will be in the game.
