Captain Green Hair Posted January 15, 2009 Very nice, cannons were often decorated as dragons, snakes or in this case a crock!
Thee Pirate Posted January 15, 2009 It kinda makes me wish I had a grey croc all I have are the old green and new dark green ones. That's a pretty creative MOC

General Armendariz Posted January 16, 2009 That reminds me of that old johnny horton song! "We fired are cannon 'till the barrel melted down so we grabbed an aligator and we called another round, We filled his head with cannonballs and powdered his behind And when we touch the powder off the 'gator lost his mind." Motti Posted January 16, 2009 I have seen it before. I have two gray crocs from the Egyptian large set. I'm still wondering where that cannonball is from... I also on B-shelf. I believe that cannonball is a regular ball with a hole in it, and the little spoke of the fire attached to it.
Capt. Redblade Posted July 9, 2009 (edited) Ha ha! This reminds me of an old song by Johnny Horton. "We fired and fire till the barrel melted down, so we grabbed an alligator and we fought another round. We filled his head with cannonballs and powdered his behind, and when we touched the powder off the gator lost his mind!" (That was "The Battle of New Orleans", by the way.) Emperor Claudius Rome Posted July 9, 2009 (edited) song already posted cp. redblade. But this is pretty creative, and in some ways, accurate. I wish they didn't take the battle of new orleans lego off youtube Edited July 9, 2009 by Emperor Claudius Rome
Commodore Hornbricker Posted July 9, 2009 song already posted cp. redblade. But this is pretty creative, and in some ways, accurate. I wish they didn't take the battle of new orleans lego off youtube I am so glad you said that because that song and this enitre topic was giving me a serious sense of dejavu. As for the MOC, it doesn't work for me unless it was placed into a comedic setting in which case it would be fine and a green croc would be funnier.
Lego_Warlord_8 Posted July 9, 2009 With parrot cannonballs. That would be amazing!!! ~LW 8~

Lordy, I didn't realize Johnny Horton was so well-known. Ah, well, we can agree on one thing here: He was a damn fine talent who was taken from us way too early. "Sink The Bismark" is one of my favourite songs and I don't care who knows it. Edited July 11, 2009 by Capt. Redblade
Hound Knight Posted July 12, 2009 That reminds me of that old johnny horton song!"We fired are cannon 'till the barrel melted down so we grabbed an aligator and we called another round, We filled his head with cannonballs and powdered his behind And when we touch the powder off the 'gator lost his mind." Blast you, I was going to say that!
