  1. Here is a project that I have been maturing for 4 years and which finally takes shape from this year, inspired by a french comic strip from Arthur De Pins.. Throughout this topic, you can follow the progress of the project and the WIP. This first post will bring together only the completed games and winks to the universe. For those who do not know Zombillenium, visit Dupuis, the editor of Arthur de Pins (link in french): https://www.dupuis.com/seriebd/zombillenium/3204 Park map: 1. Gretchen and his Mini Cooper S : 2. Carousel with skulls : Great inspiration from those found in the comic strip park, but which I found a bit repetitive, especially this one. 3. "At work !" : Zombillenium - "At work !" by Stephle59, sur Flickr 4. "Cheeeeers..." Zombillenium - "Cheeers... Creepy family photo !" by Stephle59, sur Flickr The family photo, with from left to right: - Sirius Jefferson the skeleton - Aton Noudjemet the mummy - A demon worker like Aurelien Zahner - Francis Von Bloodt the vampire and director of the park - Blaise Canilhac the werewolf and director of human resources - Gretchen Webb the witch 5. Candy shop : Zombillénium - Main Street, Candy shop by Stephle59, sur Flickr To be continued...
  2. Hey, on Redbeard's Cove fanpage you can find new pirate short comic "Għajn Tuffieħa Escape" chapter one... and other images ☠️?? I took a lot of Redbeard's photos and had to do something :) Għajn Tuffieħa Tower was built in 1637 on the cliffs overlooking Għajn Tuffieħa Bay close to Mellieħa. The tower was designed by the Italian architect Vincenzo Maculani. It was originally armed with a ½-pounder gun, and its garrison consisted of a captain and three men (source: Wikipedia) Link: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=141259120615513&id=109709893770436&sfnsn=mo
  3. Hello, this is my latest project. It´s Claudia Cristiani from the comic "click" by Milo Manara. Well there are four comics. The original title is "il gioco". She is a lifesize model. I built her in a naturalistic way. I hope you like her. The remote to turn her up!
  4. I've posted my first 44 page Lego webcomic story online. I know nothing about photo editing, so hopefully it will start to look better as I learn more and post more stories. I call it "Horrors of the Hidden Side" and my first 44 page installment chapter is called "There's No Such Thing As Ghosts!" I was fed up of there not being a TV show or a decent comic series based on the recent Lego theme "Lego; Hidden Side" so I decided to create my own re-imagining of the theme as an ongoing comic series expanding on the stories of the webisodes and having more in depth story arcs etc. I decided to try and have it be a bit edgier than the source material so I describe it as PG-13 due to potential violence/death/occultism/horror/drug & alcohol use etc. that may feature in future stories. I'm aiming for it to be an ongoing horror/adventure series covering lots of struggles of the Ghost Hunters taking on different demons, monsters and ghosts, with the overall story arcs involving Nehmaar Reem and Lady Evelina D'Ombre. I hope I've provided the correct information to have it added to this forum? https://www.deviantart.com/renzoknight/art/Chapter-1-title-page-855711111

  6. Started working on this a while back trying to find a style I like. I'm going for a hand-drawn style that I don't actually have to draw :) Does this look too much like what it is (image processed renders)? Feedback most welcome!
  7. So.... There's a new DC comic where a teenager takes on the mantle of The Monkey King, becoming The Monkey Prince. The story, set at least partly in Gotham City, features The King Bull Demon, Shifu Pigsy, Nezha, Red Boy, Princess Iron Fan etc.. I'm cautiously hoping it does well and expands on the Monkie Kid lore, hopefully making The Journey To The West more popular in America and Europe etc, so Lego may release the Monkie Kid sets in more places and continue with further seasons of the show so that season 4/the next special isn't necessarily the end of MK's animated adventures. "Introducing the newest hero in the DCU, the great sage, equal to the heavens, better than his predecessor the legendary Monkey King, even better than the Justice League—and definitely the Teen Titans—(actually, all the heroes combined), everyone put your hands together for…the Monkey Prince! Marcus Sun moves around a lot because his adoptive parents are freelance henchpeople, so this month he finds himself as the new kid at Gotham City High School, where a mysterious man with pig features asks Marcus to walk through a water curtain to reveal himself as who Marcus really is…someone who has adventured through The Journey to the West, can transform into 72 different formations, can clone himself using his hairs, and is called…the Monkey Prince!" https://bleedingcool.com/comics/new-10-page-dc-comic-monkey-prince-0-in-full/
  8. Hello, this is a diorama that I designed for a friend. I´s based on the Lucky Luke comics by Morris. Unlike my other designs it´s digital and the building technique is very much different from my normal MOCs.

  14. Hi all I have recently won runner-up in Rebrick's LEGO Batman Returns to the Justice League contest and wanted to share the entry with you! In this contest, you had to create a comic strip no longer than five panels showing how Batman might return to the Justice League after the events of The LEGO Batman Movie. It sounded like fun, so I entered! I used LEGO Digital Designer and Bluerender to create the background of the Fortress of Solitude and photographed real minifigures, cut them out, and placed them over it. I tried to make their poses as expressive as I could, so I popped arms and legs out to achieve poses minifigures cannot usually make, just as is done in the LEGO films. I also erased parts of their faces while editing and gave them custom expressions, and added a slight blue glow to Batman's eyes. Also, the lines coming out from behind Batman in the third panel were photographed "antenna" pieces. I'm really happy to have been selected as a winner of the contest, and I hope you enjoy the comic! Thank you!
  15. “Mr. Horton,” Captain Matthew Hawes said as he crossed the gun deck of the old galleon. “How is the refit coming along?” “Slowly and expensively sir,” said Horton. “It seems more of her is rotted through than anticipated. At this rate, we’d likely been better served to have purchased a new ship outright.” “Perhaps, but this particular ship has something to offer that others cannot.” Captain Hawes said as he ran his hand along the grain of an old plank softened by the sea. Horton furrowed his brow. “What’s that sir?” Captain Hawes paused before turning to leave. “A story to tell.” I am currently building a Class 5 or 6 galleon named "The Rosa Lee" and since it is taking more time (and costing far more money) than anticipated, I figure I'd post several little narratives along the way to show off the progress I've made thus far. More stories and images coming soon!
  16. Hi everyone, today we have a MOC on a rarely seen planet when it comes to both Star Wars Lore and Lego. This MOC takes place during the final hours of the clone wars and was more of a MOC where I could test some building techniques. Any constructive criticism and a rating would be appreciated. Thanks
  17. Unfortunately nobody has responded to my original German-speaking question in another (German) Lego forum. I try it here: Hello Although I myself have quite a lot of nerdiness to me, technical interests and hobbies, a certain film genre and hobbies that a "serious" adult should not have (?), I can start with the whole superhelden area, the starwarsfilms and also similar series little. Somehow I find the stories boring, very simplistic, humorless, politically far too correct and often too simple knit. Therefore, my question to the older fans (older in the sense of: Having a family of their own, have already participated in the professional life for a long time, the first destiny and crises have brought about, interested in "real" social / political issues - not only image newspaper and Facebook ...): What fascinates you at the superheldenstory, whether film, serial or comic? What is so special for you on Star Wars and similar film series? (No, I'm not interested in why Star Wars is better than Enterprise Enterprise, Battlestar Galactica, or is not). Signature: My nickname which I use in that forum. This text I have automatically translated with the Google translator. Lapidem
  18. Hi. Commander Cottontail is a twice-weekly, single panel furry space comic which I started back in March 2012. It's currently up to 344 pages, the first 300 of which are available as free ebooks. Book 1 - Raygun Diplomacy Book 2 - The Trouble with Transporters Book 3 - Big Bang 1.5.3 Check it out and tell me what you think. Hope you like it. : )
  19. Comic Good day to one and all! So this is my first MOC posting that I wanted to share. I picked this because the first post I ever saw on EB was a pirate comic, and I just saw another one today that I enjoyed. I made this late last year while designing a new Lego ship to build, and I just felt like making a comic to take a break and have some fun. I apologize for the lighting on this, I know that it is too dark on one side. Thanks, Plaid Beard
  20. There was this redcoat that walked into a bar...a bluecoat bar... silly redcoats! ehem... Anyway, this bad joke isn't the real reason why I'm posting this. A while ago things weren't so good at the pirate forum, there was a huge decrease in activity. Captain Braunsfeld was very concerned about that so he sent me several PMs discussing the issue. Now I'm not really the best guy to get things going or organize things and stuff. The best I could come up with was a comic...about the decreased inactivity... Which wouldn'd have helped anyway as there wasn't anyone around to read it. Now the activity here at the pirateforum is flowering, I like this, That comic I made isn't relevant anymore but I still wanted to post it so I came up with this bad joke, This post is the execution of my masterplan . So here's the comic (beware, it will not be continued). Captain Braunsfeld was concerned about the decreasing activity at the pirateforum so he went to see his friend Sebeus... Never, it won't be continued because even I was too inactive at the time to finish this comic . I also want to use this occasion to keep the red VS blue climate alive. Yes!
  21. Comic Hi, here is the second part of The Curse of the Simian God (end of part 2) Part 1 I hope you like it - C&C welcome!
  22. Comic Hi, here is the fourth part of The Curse of the Simian God So, this part ends the "prelude" to the story. To continue I will have to build a lot of MOCs and to take a lot of pictures (which has not happened yet). BTW: "simia" is Latin for "monkey". Thanks for watching! Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 I hope you like it - C&C welcome!
  23. Comic Hi, here is the third part of The Curse of the Simian God What will they find behind the creepy passage through the giant monkey statue's mouth? (end of part 3) Part 1 Part 2 I hope you like it - C&C welcome!
