    It might be easier to MOC your own circus than wait for LEGO to come out with one. Given the declining popularity of circuses, it may be a tough sell in North America. Ringling Brothers Barnum Circus in USA shut down this year if I recall seeing in Model Railroader magazine--they had two circus trains criss-crossing the country.

    Not so much sets but parts. I would like to see the old 4x4 vehicle roof hinge plate and frame make a come back.

    I chipped some fingernails. I also jabbed a sharp plate corner into my thumb. That caused some bloodletting.

    It could also just be bogged down in legal delays, precedings, and tactics. The law is not fast. Some can take years to resolve. The side with deep pockets for lawyers can have an advantage.

    LEGO tried reissuing sets under the LEGEND line back in the 2000s and it didn't work out too well for them it seemed. Maybe market conditions are different now. We'll see. Any type of investment comes with risks. Past performance do not guarantee future results.
