    Please remove those two gears you are using as headlights.... Apart from that your new version is looking a lot better,than the old version.

    Or you could do what I did and over order them from Bricklink,I now have about 30 of the things...

    Right you really need to learn how to "research" your model before you start building. Use the internet to find how other people have made "the" model first,then test build. As much as we want to help you,you need to try to build your self before asking for help.

    What I have understood was he was wanting to add a third function to the undercarriage.

    This needs a awful lot more refining but the principle should work,it wont be perfect but it will allow you to have three functions. I am missing another knob gear in my Glasgow collection,that should be placed at the top of the tan shaft. You need to make some sort of arm to lift the black tread wheel up and down to change functions. Remember to use the new type of 8 tooth sliding gear.

    In all honesty I don't think that is going to be much good,He really needs some one to mod the zorex undercarriage which I cant.

    Yeb just switch the hoses around, you must of made a mistake while building it.

    Should the gear box not be a separate part so that people can change the transmission?

    I was expecting the same,the thing is that the original version is better for styling so hopefully the lego group will keep making it for this reason.

    You could make one roughly based on the "Lego club" magazine that could have a round up of that months front page news maybe a interview and a free instruction of a small moc make by someone.
