If you want to power tracks through a turntable that rotates, you will need to use driving rings like in the 8043 and the Zorex. -

If you run cables through the turntable the wires will twist (hence lego limits the turntable that can twist cables by using a stop). -

I think he is trying to pass three functions through the turntable and not two. In order to make this possible you would need to modify the whole machine,at which point you are as well building a excavator from scratch to accommodate the mechanism required. -
It really depends on what you want to build and what parts you know you are missing, looking at a particular sets part on bricklink is a good idea to find what parts are going to be of use.

I would defiantly take part,to make this work and to make it more assessable I think it would be a good idea if you designed a chassis in lego cad. Then have rough templates that would fit to the main module that showed the builder size restraints for the other parts of the car.

Just imagine a machine that could sort out axles, pins, bushes and small liftarms..... I like the pneumatic one the best, can you explain a bit more about how the first sorter works? In all honesty that is quite a poor reply.... You don't have to post a reply to every topic if you don't have something constructive to say.

Try this one There is a parts call out error on page 69 step 2 there should be another towball pin listed in the BOM. Also the red 2 axle should be moved from step 4 to step 3 on page 68,the same apply's to page 67. There needs to be some assembly arrows for the plotter table base,I did add some in my last update. -

Hello, are you trying to pass three functions through the turntable? Or are you trying to upgrade the M motors to L motors? -
