  1. Albeit not my personal flavor, I think these are spectacular. Do we know what Rosco is currently working on? Would love to see a Mika Häkkinen era McLaren Mercedes.
  2. The listing on the actual Lego Shop website has been stuck on "Temporarily Out of Stock" for a very long time, now. I'd been waiting for it to become available again, but I ended up going to Amazon.com, and getting it for $220 just 2 days ago. My experience with the Lego online store is rather iffy in terms of stock, and with the way scalpers go at these things, I would rather be safe than sorry. Besides, the $30 I saved didn't hurt, either.
  3. Wow, this is beautiful. Love the color scheme and the engine bay. Great lines!
  4. Great looking sets. I will be getting 42036, 42039, 42040, 42042 and 42043 for sure. The smaller stuff just doesn't interest me that much, and I had already purchased the original 8041 Race Truck back in 2010. I LOVE 42040's color scheme, despite the fact that much of the red comes from stickers. Those white panels will be easy enough to replace with actual red ones. Goodness, 2H15 is going to be awesome.
  5. 8258, for sure. 8461 and 8043 as well. Painful.
  6. I sure hope this is an I love DisneyTM!' Disney party!. So it is. Excellent.
  7. Man, that is awesome. Please consider releasing instructions when you've completed it.
  8. This is just wonderful. I'm still sore about missing out on 8258, but this seems to be a superior alternative in every way. Gonna be nice, building the Unimog again to display them together.
  9. Awesome creation, as always. Loving that suspension travel, especially. It's a shame i never get to hear real audio in your videos, though. I'd love to hear the PF motors and the grass / leaves / dirt under those wheels, but i always end up muting your vids due to the awful, awful music. Just a minor gripe i suppose, it's just that i would like to get the whole experience from your vids.
  10. Doc, your builds are just fantastic. As much as i love the technical / mechanical aspects of full Technic models...the smooth lines and authentic reproduction of the originals put your work ahead of the rest. Truly amazing.
  11. That is just....awesome. I actually found your video on Youtube before i just found this thread. Love it.
  12. Beautiful lines...great overall look. Love the use of the new tires.
  13. As much as i don't like Star Wars (I know, blasphemy...blabla..) - this model is very impressive to me, and definitely something i would love to build and display.
  14. LEGO Technic at it's finest. I love this!
  15. Not a Lambo fan at all, but this is spectacular. Love the black on yellow.
  16. Goodness, this is beautiful. Loving the colors of the actual manor, and the detail in the "pillars" in particular. Great work. Stuff like this gets me more and more interested in other areas of LEGO.
  17. Wow....this is awesome. Need instructions.
  18. Beautiful. I like the bumper work.
  19. I literally JUST finished renovating several areas of my house. I reworked my office to be more space / LEGO friendly, and man, what a huge change it is. I thought about a regular desk / corner desk, but i decided to simply use the entire wall. Enter IKEA kitchen cabinets and "butcher block" countertops. As you can see, there's a ton of building / display / storage space, which is exactly what we all need. I'll be adding some more lighting later, seeing as when i'm building, my ceiling lights cast a shadow right where there shouldn't be one. Most of these models were quickly put out after dusting them off, and a lot of my LEGO isn't pictured here, for they're still disassembled. Soon, i'll be rebuilding 8110, 8053 and 8466's B model. What do you guys think?
  20. So far, i picked up 42025, 42029, 42028, 42022 and 42020. I'll be getting everything but the pull-backs, eventually. Truly disappointed with 42022, even as a parts pack. 42028 and 42029 are great, however, and the Missus loves her little 42020. Here's a quick mid-build pic of the 42029.
  21. Very cool. Thank you, for sharing.
  22. RM8, this is perfect. You just made me, and my father very happy. We're both major Toyota freaks, as well as AFOLs...so this is just amazing. Do you have instructions available? Or will you?
  23. Fantastic work. You will be getting my vote, for sure. For the love of people who have a hard time MOC'ing....give us some instructions...lol.
  24. 9398 is a great set, especially if you like to play around with RC models. To me, it's a fun build. 42030 is fantastic, and like mentioned above, it comes with a ton of great parts. Plus, it's huge, and it'll go great with your 42009. 42008, i wouldn't buy it myself.
