    Thanks 'Murdoch17' and yeah, I developed that build idea last year.....those dark blue parts are not cheap. LOL Keep watching.....I have to finish this today but an overall shot of all 48x48's together will have to wait till Friday's set up day at Toy Corner.

    Well, you are entitled to your own opinion. Though when you look at Lego's other Licenses over the last ten years many of the movie they are from date back, ten, twenty or thirty years so what's the problem with the Simpsons ? My son who is nearly 14 loves the show.....all of them and it's those fans who Lego have done this series for.....kids can mixed and match and make their own weird and wonderful Springfield.

    Actually I see an error with Chief Wiggum........he's not holding a gun.....sure the loud hailer but a batten ? Oh, well a classic lego revolver in his hand will do for me......he can more dangerous......typical Wiggum - just don't him bubble wrap ! What's this talk of a second series......or is that just shooting the breeze ?

    Ah, of course a green radioactive rod and our friendly three eyed fish on or in meant to be transclear head......I'll buy that ! Actually I though Burns would of had a 100 dollar bill or money bag eh ? Oh, it's too much....Grandpa is holding a newspaper saying "Old Man Yells At Cloud" and you can see it's Grandpa in the picture on that 2x2 tile .....man, Lego have got their tile printing down to a very fine art now !

    OMG ! They are just totally AWESOME......I'm going to get them all. It's interesting to see accessories from the other collectable minifigs coming though including the Larry's coffee cup in green. I wonder what Mr Burns is holding in his hands ?

    Well it's been a few weeks.......after the Toy Corner display guess what.......Avalonia City is going to live again and be finished.....well up to the base plates I now have for the moment. It will form the second half of my Bricktopia display......keep watching.....er, in a week or so ! (footnote - any extra park or sidewalk features/fixtures suggestions are very welcome )

    At least they mean well....I guess it works to a point.....gives me an idea.....of course the tiger can do much better ! Though I will pick on the choice of other builds.......a road roller is a road roller.....you don't have enough parts to really knock anything else......unless in your mind only !

    Thanks anyway but I even have that catalogue stored on my laptop. I need to throw my feelers out there to discover if the 2nd half city sets make their first appearance usually it's in Oz in June to a selected retailer as a mid year toy sale deal.

    Well, I can only comment on one that I have both sets of.......the Hulk breakout sets. The first came with a jet, though the second comes with two AWESOME figures........I would say equal. I can't comment on the other Marvel and DC sets because I only have the recent series of sets......all of them !

    Funny in Adelaide we have as many TRU's as Myer stores........even more funny at TTP complex there's one of each ! Has any spied the new Spiderman sets yet ?

    G'day everyone, It's been a few days, the shed is coming along nicely (wouldn't mind some ideas for it ) and I might consider an office or alike attached to the shed. Not sure if it should be a storage shed or workshop area......suggestions ? Keep watching !

    Yes, totally lame.....like the worse part was the minifigs were incomplete or wrong because of spare parts issue....at least the girl minfig got hands in the end !

    Another awesome modular 'eliza', I really like the living areas, etc.,. Keep them coming 'eliza' and Brick On !

    Bingo 'Toby' it is going on a block of land......or should I say base plate with shed, etc., across from the Landmark store....on the far right of the layout I have assembled so far. Like I said.....suggestions are welcome......keep watching !
