Superb build, there is so much attention to detail here I really like the steps up to the front door. My only issue is the lack of doorknobs- 12 replies

A good looking ship! I like the colour scheme you have went with and those waves really do help bring the whole thing to life! I really like the angles of the cabin at the back. Great job!

Great build, I love the supports as it adds a lot of realism! The lighting can be difficult but you've done a wonderful job!

I must add to what has already been said, your choice of colour is flawless, especially in that last build! Great micro builds, you've outdone yourself with those tiny trees!

Thank you, I am a fan of historical accuracy. Thank you. Thanks. Small plantation? Must have been the old copy-paste trick from my last build Thanks, I hope I got the 'fancy shop' feeling with having less stuff inside. Thank you very much. -

Spud The Viking replied to Spud The Viking's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
@Bregir Dear Rear-admiral Fletcher, I am writing to express my gratitude in this most welcomed invitation into Her Majesty's Navy. I have purchased my uniform and await my admission to the best naval training school in Her Majesty's colonies. I look forward to working with yourself and ensuring swift justice and protection of the convoys in the name of Her Majesty. I thank thee again for your kindness. Sincerely, Captain Joshua. -

Small Artisan: Footprint 512 studs in Jameston. Captain Joshua heard a rumour he may be up for promotion and headed straight to the finest men's clothing merchant in town. Inside, one angry aristocrat was arguing with the manager over their defintion of 'haberdasher', that it was meant to describe a merchant of small items used for sewing and string, not just a general term for men's clothing. "Blame these locals, I say. One good thing is, it's an interesting enough word for you to come through the door!" The manager stated "Hmmph, you'll hear from my connections soon enough!" retorted the customer. Just then, Captain Joshua entered the shop. "How can we serve you today, sir?" "I am soon to be in Her Majesty's Navy, and I am in need of suitable uniforms" stated Joshua. "Very well, what rank are you starting at?" Captain Joshua's mind went blank, Rear-admiral Fletcher had not actually said what his rank was to be. After an awkward silence, the manager pointed to one uniform. "This is what officers your age seem to be buying up, I'll take your measurements and see if this one will do. Once promoted, we can add epaulets, gold buttons and such" "Very well" Captain Joshua replied. "A fine fit, you look far more suited to that colour than that red, I must say" "Here is the bill, sir" "Oh dear, leave Lord Spud with the bill, I'm sure he'd be delighted to pick it up for me" said Joshua.

Small Plantation: Footprint 1024 studs in King's Harbour With the success of the Royal Ball in King's harbour, the Corrington military was still on full alert until most of the guests had safely left. One patrol route traveled through a small vineyard. The grapes that were harvested were put into a press and the pulp is collected. This is then transported elsewhere to be refined into fine wine. ___ A small build mainly to keep things running. Life has been really hectic so I have had the base of this build sitting for more weeks than I'd like to admit. Comments most welcome.

Excellent work in the building, storytelling and photography here, you've outdone yourself here @Bregir! So many details I love and you can see the time you took to build and arrange everything into the perfect event. That discussion Spud is having with Colonel Brickinson looks more than enthusiastic, judging by the expressions and the hands in the swords, you could say it might have turned sour. Fantastic job Bregir, I'm very much looking forward to the next event!
