Using non-Lego parts is always controversial. I personally hate it and never use them. To me, where is the limit then? You can use your whole Road King model, attach one Lego piece and call it a Lego model. This is exaggeration, but you get my point.

That crane is really good and great set to be used as a come back set! Welcome!

As you say, this is indeed the world record holder for tallest Lego crawler lattice crane. I am a big crane fan, so this creation has great effect on me. Also, your brickshelf folder was one of my favorites. I really like how it looks from a distance, and that building was a great choice for shoting. I guess it does not have any lifting capabilities, but the fact it can hold itself is a great achievement. This is also a proper build for a Hall of Fame, imo.

[HELP] Big Steering Wheel

Druze, there is a solution with flexible ribbed hose. I will post a picture when i get home, but imagine lets say 7L lirtarm, with 3L Pins at the very end holes. Now imagine now flexible hose mounted onto those pins, in a half a circle way, both above and beneath the liftarm. The results is a nicely shaped big wheel. -
Very nice creations! I like them. Welcome!

Hey Ruud, welcome to EB! We have exact the same preference regarding look of our moc. Check out my models in my signature, I think you will like it - Technic inside, ModelTeam outside :) DO you have a gallery somewhere?

Nice introduction, welcome!

Even it has Euro in its name, main strength of the EB is actually the difference of its members, from all around the world, with their own cultures and that produces great diversification in mocs, discussions, and learning new things. Anyway, welcome! :)

Very very nice combo with white excavator! Great design of the cab. SImilar, but then, very different than official one! Is it wrongly spelled "Actors" on the pictures?

1. Is 10e too much for a new long pneumatic cylinder? 2. Does anyone know how much it is (will be) online directly from Lego? Are pieces cheaper on BL or directly from Lego? 3. What is the tendency with the new parts regarding the price on BL? Go down maybe in a few months?
