  1. Hi Emkra, Please take care about bumping old topics. It is not recommended to revive topics so old, especially not 10 year old ones (also bumped by you), unless there is a good reason for it. Thanks, have fun.
  2. I am very impressed with the U-Joint being able to survive all the power, too Looking forward to see the gearing once you are done with the video.
  3. Just love to watch your videos and your models, all with your beautiful presentation. Actions indeed speak louder than words
  4. There is no dimension restriction. Note that we need to have a model of a two wheeled motorcycle. The one on your picture (and others similar with maxi wheels) requires additional wheels to keep it stable and upright.
  5. Thanks for posting the pics. And wow, very nice ideas and progress! Keep up!
  6. Hi, great to see you participating! As noted in the rules, we need to have some actual progress in the first post, not just an idea.
  7. Technically it is, although the rules do say there should be at least some functions, like steering, suspension, fake engine and preferably a gear box.
  8. Hi @Idris We cannot keep two of the very same topics. I will let this one stays here, while the other one you have opened will be hidden.
  9. No need to think like this. There are no "forum's standards" regarding quality or size of build. We have both people that just started building, and we have pros that work with the Lego company, and everything in between. And we welcome everyone, and like to see and comment each and every creation. So please do not feel like you are supposed to meet some unwritten standards. Just follow the site guidelines and enjoy the forum. That is entirely up to you. Someone prefers to post each creation in a separate topic, while someone else might want to organize them into one big topic. Since you said you had mostly smaller models, it may be better idea to post them in one topic. Again, no one will object whatever you decide.
  10. Howl's Moving Castle :) Indeed a different, and beautiful little model.
  11. Hi @JeremyCat Welcome to EB. Please re-read the site guidelines. Bumping topics so old is not a nice way to introduce yourself, especially to ask instructions, on two topics.
  12. Dodge Tomahawk or Lazareth, although cool concepts, are sporting 4 wheels, no matter how you try to pack it. Even worse, put a bit more space between them, and you've got a quad. Let's stick to two wheels.
  13. Sorry, no, as the model has to have two wheels (or +1 with a side car).
  14. Yeah, a bicycle. So, your model has to have it's own propulsion system, not powered by pedals/cranks etc...
  15. I enjoy following this build. So satisfying to watch the flow of the squared parts into an organic shape.
  16. Check out this 1:8 Motorized All-Wheel-Drive Lamborghini LM002 made by filsawgood, in the Technic Forum!
  17. Nicely captured shape, great photos (especially with all the black), nice details, and very recognizable.
  18. Frontpaged! Beautiful, realistic, rugged, large scale...I like it. Looking forward to see that short video of it. What scale it is? It seems somewhere around 1:11?
  19. Wow, frontpaged :) Agreed with the others!
  20. Yep, they were discontinued in 2015, and the production was transferred to their other company in China. But yeah, I agree that even though its their company, it may not be called Volvo Backhoes anymore.
  21. Volvo does produce backoe loaders.
  22. Really like the smooth look of it and organized and symmetrical build. I would hate to be the operator and to drop the phone into that 5x11 orange tapered panel Looking forward to the video! Also, please resize your pics a bit, they are way to large.
  23. Right now, there are 2.2 million of them listed for sale on BL. For now, it seems this is a dead end topic. If there is something important to add regarding this, please continue in the General Part Discussion topic. Thanks.
  24. Hi, @lucano and welcome to EB. Please read the site guidelines and try not to revive so old topics, unless there is something important to add. Asking for instructions is not that. Doc Brown hasn't been active for 3 years, you can see that by hovering over his profile name. You can wait until you have enough posts to send him a PM, or, just by looking at his posts, you can see he has his Flickr gallery linked. You can send him a PM that way, too.
  25. Hi @legowarriorscoach Welcome to EB. The author hasn't been active for 5 years (you can hover over their name to see it), so it is unlikely that he will answer it. I will leave this open, since it is for your students, but please try not to revive topics so old.
