Seems to be a no go for the pictures. I'm sad I missed them.

Just a quick question, why use the old road plates?

What's a "rune stone"? Can you post a picture of a similar piece?

I tackled this project last year along with doing MS and CC at the same time. I wound up doing the 1x4 instead of 1x8 route, and like mentioned by others, you really can't tell the difference. Honestly, with the Green Grocer being in the middle of a block, you won't see the sides anyways. End of the day, it's a wonderful build and a beautiful set. Good luck!

The Jersey Brick Guy replied to Morten's topic in LEGO Licensed
Ill be getting the set for the house alone. I'm not a fan of the figures heads to be honest. -
What? Did I miss that news? Thanks! I asked before I got to this page, disregard the question.

I am pretty sure you're not allowed to sell on this section of the forum guys.

I'll have to do this next year. Every year the person seems to taper off.

Any chance anyone has the Jan 2014 calendar? I am wondering if I should wait to do my next large order or not. Thank you! -
How to deal with insurance on Bricklink
The Jersey Brick Guy replied to Orodes's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I would call the local post office and ask how much insurance will be on X (the amount that you sold your goods for) and then charge the buyer for it. In the end it wont cost you anything and your buyer will be happy. -

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
The Jersey Brick Guy replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
What would some of your suggestions be to make it less drab? With it being a police station, couldn't one argue that there is only so much to be done on the outside? However I have been trying to think of what to do with the sides of the buildings. As of right now, there are no windows or anything along the sides, so I was thinking of doing some sort of outside eatery, but who has their lunch alongside of a police station? -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
The Jersey Brick Guy replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I don't know if we're going to see a Police Station just yet, to be honest, I much rather see a Bank or Post Office first. The Modular train station would be ideal also! Hell, a Modular airport terminal would be amazing in it's on right. But speaking of Police stations, I purchased the plans for The Modular Police Station from Brick City Depot. And with all the super villains that will be calling my city home, it didn't seem like it was big enough to fight all that crime. So I have been working on this: and: Essentially, what I did was make it a double wide 32 x 32 building, and will be the biggest building in the city once completed. I am thinking about making the 2 offices with the door frames standing in as an office and maybe communications room, with the chief of polices office being across the hall. The frame work behind the desk is going to be an elevator. Obviously there is much to be done, I have 15 brick link orders currently out and waiting to come in to keep the progress moving forward. What does everyone think? -
Im in the process of building a modular police station as well. Looks good!
-
I bought their police station plans and they are absolutely fantastic! I am modifying their plans to make it fit on 2 32x32 plates, but that's another topic. I will buy that coffee shop in a heart beat.

Can you post pictures of your interiors? I love what you're doing. Of the hospital I mean!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014 Rumors & Discussion

Toys R' Us had the Baxter set for 50% off yesterday. I was really on the fence about starting the TMNT line, but that pushed me over. Now to pick up the other sets. Sigh
