  1. Same here! I'm not always fond on every one but they're so silly and cheap I've got every one of them so far!
  2. Very nice and rather creepy actually. The designs of the torso and head are very interesting!
  3. Wow this is great, I especially love Vulpi, that head build is ingenious.
  4. Wow this is very impressive! It looks great as well as being huge!
  5. I saw in the toy aisle of my local Tesco (Bangor, North Wales) the ultra-builds, but the smaller ones had a quid extra on top of the RRP and the larger ones were 2 quid more expensive. I wasn't going to pay £22 for them so I'll wait. I might be going to a Smyths tomorrow so I'll mention if I see any with them. Edit- I have now been to Smyths (Llandudno). They had large amounts of Finn and Phasma, a couple of Rey, a couple of Poe with no signs of the FO Stormtrooper or Kylo Ren. They also had a lot of Obi-Wans and some Luke's from the last wave.
  6. By the way, I was down in Bristol and the Toys R Us there had these sets. I got Rey and Kylo Ren. Rey is alright for the parts but due to having a more slender build it makes her arms and hands look silly. Kylo Ren is a very cool figure actually despite his seemingy generic black colour scheme. I have yet to try his cloth parts on Vader.
  7. My biggest problem with the new mask is that someone said his mouth looked like an open screaming beak, and I have been unable to unsee that !
  8. Whenever I've contacted them I've done so by post.
  9. Yup I agree with all you're saying, but at least the top ones are priced well enough. Umarak definitely seems worth fifteen quid.
  10. I'm finding that with a lot of these sets I'm not much liking the masks or the torsos, and because of that a huge amount is detracted from the sets, and this one is no exception to that. I might get her. Might. But definitely not a first-day, first-week, or possibly even a first-month buy. Still, thanks for the review! I'm interested to see the rest in the hope I get pleasantly surprised by one of the Toa. :)
  11. Thanks for that! Sadly I don't have one near by, but I'm off to visit family down in Bristol later this month and there's one there so I'll check
  12. Yeah I haven't seen many of this series of Mixels about. I saw the whole set once in an Argos, then when I went back another time more in the mood for spending they'd all but dissapeared. I haven't seen any elsewhere. I have Waka-Vaka and the flying glorp corp one (I forget the name is it Slusho?) and have yet to find and get the rest.
  13. I'm right handed. And yeah right handedness has been 'favoured' for ages. Knights were all meant to fight with their right hand (as far as I'm aware).
  14. maybe just change the colour of the tiles on the sides, I understand why you wouldn't want to change the windows because of the arch part so keep that its a nice affect. I am also intrigued to see more of the building and the lift. As for the height, well it makes having a lift in it more worthwhile
  15. nice! the only one I feel doesn't quite work is the Pohatu with the orange and the yellow. A bit bright I think, but i like the others very much.
  16. I'm currently re-reading and re-appreciating JRR Tolkien's the Hobbit (much better than the films )
  17. I agree completely TheLegoDr
  18. I was looking at the topic about seasonal sets because I just noticed the Gingerbread House 'set' and was interested in it, but thats beside the point. The store calendar was mentioned and I noticed this so I thought I'd notify people over here. I know its a 2016 promotion but its for the Hero Pack we've seen before (hence why I put it it in the 2015 not 2016 discussion). A bit of a shame that it isn't the Kulta Golden mask but oh well.
  19. Thanks for the info folks, I was wondering about the Gingerbread house. It seems to have a bunch of parts in it I don't have enough of, such as 1x1 bricks in that brick colour. Also thanks for the post on the calendar events. Shame that that bionicle pack isn't the one with the golden skull mask.
  20. Seeing them make a fabric hood piece would make the most sense if they're ever going to be doing more characters like Jedi from the previous films as they could get use out of the design in multiple sets/
  21. He's cool, like how there are lots of different parts from different styles and eras mixed in but it still works out
  22. There's nothing to stop there being more islands to visit...Okoto could just be the center of a ring of islands.
  23. Search TTV, I did on Google and it's the second link something like "TTV Message Boards:Categories". Follow that link then find on the search bar "All Categories" which should have a dropdown box with one of the options being "Lego" . Click it. BIONICLE appears at the top of the list of Lego related topics there.. There's a topic called "Bionicle 2016 Leaks Discussion Topic" right by the BIONICLE name and logo. The stuffs all there. It's a really bloated thread but I think the first post gets updated with the pics and the info that's found :) Edit: In fact, I'm allowed to link to TTV right but not the actual leaks, correct? So...here's the link http://board.ttvpodcast.com/c/lego to the category page. So saves you having to do all that stuff at the start. Also: Sorry to the moderators if I'm not meant to be giving such exact instructions and stuff on where to get leaks. I'm not sure how strict the Lego and leaks things are this year so if this is against what they're told you is allowed...oops and sorry.
  24. Now that I own Grievous I can say all the positive comments about him are completely justified, as are the minor complaints to do with his dual bone ankles being a tad annoying. Great set though, very imposing. The gap in his shoulders is minor.
  25. ...where are these images? how can they be found...
